Great stay. Location was perfect, so close to the beach. Boardwalk is perfect for morning walks and evening meals and entertainment. House was great, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. We loved the pool/ping pong table, and the pool was so relaxing.

The property is in a nice and quiet location, and just a short drive to the beach. The host was extremely responsive and attentive, which we really appreciated throughout our stay. That said, the pictures should be updated to more accurately represent the living room and the backyard .

Great Location

Wonderful property! Large living area ,comfy beds and great big screen TV's. The pool area and jacuzzi were great. It truly is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Loved it.

Nice amenities and great location

There were 5 of us staying here - ages 9-76. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was about a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The house had beach towels, several beach chairs, and an umbrella. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was nice.For anyone with mobility issues, they should know that the master bathtub/shower requires you to lift your leg about knee-high to get in and out.

Great home, close to beach

We really enjoyed our stay at their home. It was spacious and the pool was amazing. Where it fell a little short for us was in a couple of areas. First the listing said it had a hot tub, this is not the case. It does has a jetted tub temp was the same as the pool. Whey searching for homes we were willing to pay more (this was a significant amount more) than others to have a hot tub for the night. We traveled in feb. So this was important to us. The bikes were not in great condition needed to put air in the tires and one bike chain fell off 6 times during our ride. Big bummer.... kitchen was somewhat stocked, but to our surprise had no plastic glasses (these were required outside because of the pool). All in all we had a great time but feel the value is not quite up to the rate they are charging. (At least not for the during the cooler months)

Nice House, Up to Date, Good Neighborhood

Our overall impression of the property is very good. We like the kitchen with a good amount of counter space. Great living room with very large television and good internet. Internet allowed me to perform work without any bandwidth issues. Teams meetings were without any issues, delays of disconnects. Proximity to the beach was great. The walk to the Hollywood Beach Theater on Johnson Street and return was about the 2 mile round trip that my wife and I do during our HIIT at home with the exception of hills. Hollywood Beach is one of the cleanest beaches in South Florida. There wasn't any seaweed as was proliferous on beaches around Palm Beach this past spring, so they must have cleaned it off of the beach. We shopped around Hallandale Boulevard and sometimes on Sheridan Street. Fort Lauderdale is close, and with our whole food, plant based diet, we were able to find vegan restaurants within a reasonable distance. We only had one issue that wasn't really an issue, for us but have been an issue for the owners. The pool service had left the valves for the filter and pump closed but with my past experience, I resolved the issue and received confirmation that I made the correct adjustments when the pool serviceman showed up the next day. This is a home I would return to if I wanted to stay in Hollywood area again. I think the price and value is reasonable and better than the West Palm Beach area choices.
