The host was very nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, kitchen and backyard area. The pool was very well heated and clean. Will definitely book again at this property.

House was as advertised. Beds were big and roomy. Very nice kitchen with anything you would need. Pool was heated nicely. Not too hot, but not skimpy either. Very quiet setting. Jannette was a very fast responder to the VRBO text box.

We had a great stay. The place was so clean the color scheme was all white so no dirt or insects anywhere. The smell of the linens were fresh and the place smelled so good. The kitchen amenities really stood out. We love to cook and everything was on hand that enabled us to prepare wonderful meals and even baking. Lots of towels and blankets. The heated pool was great. The grill worked great. We enjoyed the back porch and wildlife. The washing machine and dryer came in real handy. We had a baby so the high chair and playpen was alo welcoming. Only one suggestion about the step-up at the front of the house was kinda high for me and my mom with hip and knee problems. Maybe a little ramp of to the side would be good. Overall great stay and would stay there again.

Very timely response

This is a nice stay with a great location. Very responsive with questions. Mosquitoes were so bad, requested to have someone come spray if possible. They had someone there that morning. I guess June/July is when they are the worst. They were so bad even after spraying we could hardly sit out at night. It’s my only complaint but not much we could do there. Not their fault! It was a nice stay!

Great place convenient location

This place is super convenient to the beach, shopping, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Place was spotless and well equipped kitchen. Pool was great too. My only complaints are that in the pictures it shows a fusball table which my son was excited for but that didn’t exist, it says there’s a hot tub which was one of the main reasons we chose it and that didn’t exist. The 5th bedroom has a bench pull out which is really not a bed at all and my 13 year old had to sleep on the sofa because it was so uncomfortable (all other rooms had great size and very comfortable beds).

Very nice place. There was two small thing that could be better. Bedlined was wet on one of the beds and the dishwasher is sitting loose. Everything else was perfect.

Fabulous house in a quiet residential area, with a great pool and beautiful trees.

My family stayed 8 days at this house, and it was very comfortable. The bedrooms were well appointed and the three washrooms were very nice to have. The kitchen was large and well equipped, very easy to prepare meals. The backyard was where we spent most of the time, enjoying the pool and the shaded sitting area. Everything was like new and this is a great house for your next stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean house

Property was very nice and very clean. Enjoyed our visit. Only thing was we went to check in at 430 and a washer was being delivered ( no big) but also project manager came while we were unpacking & just entered house without saying anything and grabbed a table and fixed outside. Just odd he didn’t explain, especially when we had just got to go in and were ready to relax. We also saw online a hot tub listed but there wasn’t one

Beautiful Home

We loved this property. The pool was beautiful and the inside clean and spacious. We had some issues with the outside cleanliness but inside was perfect. The kitchen is big and spacious but lacked some amenities like enough kitchen towels and little things that are important if you want to cook a lot (which we do!) Our host did a great job in accommodating our requests. You definitely need a rental car here - just not close enough to walk even though you're only a few miles from the beach. also, a Guest book would be nice so we understand where everything is and what is expected. All in all a really nice stay.

Amazing big house, very clean , totally remodeled with a large backyard.. enjoy a huge heated pool, the villa has 4 bedrooms plus den and 3 complete bathrooms. Dinning and sleeping for 8 people. Perfect house for a family or friends vacation... kids are welcome. The house is only 2 miles from the beach and sidewalk.. drive to the Casino and Hollywood nigth life. Convenience stores near by
