Amazing location in beautiful Terrace Heights with proximity from Whyte Avenue, river valley and University of Alberta campus and University Hospital, Downtown, Rogers Place, West Edmonton Mall, Muttart Conservatory, Capilano Mall.
It has everything for a quiet comfortable stay. Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay! Enjoy your stay. The House is an upper and lower split, and there is an occupant in the basement suite (lower split).
Free Parking on street in front of the house. Or anywhere on the street.
Under 10 minutes to Downtown, Whytemud drive or Anthony Henday
Under 15 minutes to West Edmonton Mall
Under 30 minutes to Edmonton International Airport

A very responsive host. When we arrived with tired kids it turned out there had been an error and the cleaners had not come to clean the property after the last guests left. Gladys immediately sent them at 8pm at night on a Friday and they were quick and courteous. They came back the next day while we were out to finish cleaning with all the loud tools they didn't use while the kids were sleeping. While of course we'd have preferred a clean house when we arrived, I am really impressed with the speed and professionalism of the host to fix an issue, and we all recognize these mistakes can happen, its more about how the issue is resolved.

Wonderful accomodations and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms were all spacious. All the amenities were just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but far enough away that it's easy to get to and parking was never a problem. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely space with us!

This host adds the little extra to make you feel welcome with bottles of water, snacks and extra toiletries. It was a nice added touch. The property was easy to get to and very quiet. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property!

Really clean, comfortable house. Lots of room. Well decorated and a good location. We were able to park on the street in front of the house every time which was very convenient. Highly recommend this property.
