Majestic Ocean Views, most spectacular sunsets, a great cafe, bike rentals, private gated parking. One walking block to the beach, wagon included to bring coolers to the beach!
Two stories but three levels with expansive decks off the kitchen and the living room. HUGE outdoor dining table on the deck with the best sunsets overlooking the beautiful shimmering pool.
This is a brand new home in paradise with all the upgrades needed to fulfill your vacation. Property includes charcoal grills, picnic tables and an outdoor shower all to be enjoyed poolside.
Restaurants, water slide, bike rentals, coffee shops all onsite! Don’t forget to bring bocce ball, and baseball gloves to play catch- large grassy area for tons of play and walks. There are 2 parking spaces inside the gated area. This is the perfect SPOT for a relaxing time to make memories in Emerald Isle.

Beautiful, convenient spot in Emerald Isle. Easy to walk to the beach and Publix is very close. The kids loved being close to the Salty Pirate water slides. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. 10/10, would stay again!

Great stay

Beautiful condo/townhome with super easy beach access. We had everything needed, linens were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent again if in the area!

This place was unbelievable and had everything you could possibly need for vacation! Very clean, comfortable furniture/beds and Andrea was great to work with and not to mention the deck overlooking the pool - it became our go to spot for breakfast and dinner. I would 100% recommend this property to everyone. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Andrea’s beach house was perfect for our stay! The property is clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Communication with Andrea was quick and easy. We loved having three balconies to relax on, and the extra touches like beach wagons and chairs made our trips to the shore super convenient. Highly recommend this place for a North Carolina beach getaway!

Beautiful place and location

Looks brand new. Immaculately clean. Condo Beautifully decorated. Bed super comfortable with nice sheets. Beautiful beach with nice boardwalk for short walk to beach. Overall we loved this place and the surrounding area. Will be back.

Amazing vacation rental!

We had never been to Emerald Isle before and all had an amazing time! The rental is beautiful! Andrea had everything we needed and more! This unit is steps away from the pool and a short walk to the beach! It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. We will definitely be back to Emerald Isle and will reach out to Andrea to rent this place again!

A Gem in Emerald Isle

Andrea has gone above and beyond, from her communication to the minute details of her property. There was not a single item that was forgotten. The property is absolutely stunning! A quick walk to the beach and water park, with an immaculate pool. We will for sure be back :-)

We loved the place! As of our stay, it seemed relatively recently built and felt very fresh. The location was great, as it’s right over the bridge, close the beach, and near the grocery, restaurants, and other amenities, including those right on the property. Inside, it was a beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room to relax. We loved the decks, the well-equipped kitchen, and all the details of the design and amenities in the unit like the coffee makers, beach chairs, beach trolley, beach towels, and high-quality furnishings.Andrea was incredibly kind during Hurricane Erin, reaching out to offer rescheduling options even without travel insurance. We just delayed our arrival by a day and still had a fantastic vacation.We’ll be back!

Excellent vacation spot

Orr the Beach was a beautiful new rental that was very clean and had a great location to the beach and restaurants. Orr the beach has a pool right outside its door and is only a block from the beach. My family had the best time there. We went to the water park right next door, and experienced so much fun as a family. Because of how great the location of the rental is we got to go to Shackleford Island twice in the week and that is a beautiful place to visit with wild horses and full size conch shells to find. We also got to visit an aquarium that was not far either! We had the best family vacation and it was all because of the beautiful beach home, Orr the Beach in Emerald Isle, NC. I highly recommend this amazing rental! P.S. The owner Andrea was a dream to deal with, and helped with anything we needed!

The property was perfect for our family beach trip! The host had everything at the house that we would need for our stay. The house was very clean and the pool was a hit! Just a few steps to the beach. We were thankful that she also had a beach wagon for our stay. The host was available when we needed her and was prompt with her replies. We definitely would stay here again!
