Beautifully renovated 4 bedroom home WITH game room (pool table, ping pong, darts)! Only 3.5 miles to Broadway where all of the fun takes place!! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need! Bring your family & friends and enjoy this beautiful open concept home! Close to everything downtown, this home has it all!

This home is very deceiving size-wise from the front view but trust me...once you step inside you will see the magic that we have created. This home is a whopping 2736 sq ft! With that being said, this is a high-end home and is not intended for big crazy parties. We want you to have fun however, we DO NOT allow confetti or glitter. If you do use confetti or glitter there will be an additional $200 fee added to your cleaning fee.

Please note that we do have quite hours as we have neighbors.

The house was perfect for my family stay. It had everything you would for being away from home. I love that it had a washer and dryer. The pool table room was a hit for everyone. Lots of laughs, conversation and competition.

Gorgeous place!

Fully remodeled place just minutes from Broadway with everything you could want in a stay! Tina was a great host and her place was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Home for Large Family

The location and layout of this home was ideal for our extended family’s stay in Nashville. Just minutes from both downtown and the airport made getting around very simple. The home itself is open and spacious. We enjoyed group games and meals together.

Owner was very accommodating and helpful. Property and neighborhood were quiet and very clean. Great extras - game room, coffee, tea, candy, soda/beer available. And close to several nice bars and restaurants, or an easy Uber ride to downtown.

Beautiful property! We had six adults and the size was perfect! Not much of a backyard, as another living space is being added, but the front porch was nice to relax on. Host was great and communicated quickly.

Beautiful Home & Incredibly Convenient

Amazing hosts and a fantastic location. The ubers downtown are cheap and overall you're in a great spot to experience a lot of what nashville has to offer. The home itself is beautiful and easily fits 8-10 people, 0 complaints and couldn't say enough good things about our experience here in every aspect.

The Perfect Place

Everything about this rental was a positive, from Tina the host to the nicest home you could ask for. The location was central to the Nashville tourist scene with easy access in every direction. The home was spotless and extremely well stocked. Our travel group has been all over the US and internationally and this rental tops the list.

The home was exactly as the photos looked! We had a party of 9, plenty of room for all. The games room was a bonus for an evening in after an exciting day of checking out the Nashville sites. Short Uber drive away with minimal wait times. This place was perfect!

Awesome experience

The cleanest, most thoughtful and well appointed property I ever stayed at. Tina and Will are amazing hosts and have poured a lot of thoughtfulness and care into their VRBO. Every detail has been considered and the experience was terrific. This is a can't miss property, great neighborhood, easy to get into town yet walk to several nearby spots.
