Take advantage of the private sauna for relaxation, and spend time on the spacious back patio, perfect for grilling and unwinding. Our home is close to downtown, giving you easy access to Nashville's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you're here for a short getaway or a longer stay, we want your experience to be comfortable, memorable, and relaxing. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything!



Guest Access:

For your security, we use a Schlage Encode smart lock for one-time access to the property. Your unique access code will be provided just before check-in to ensure the safety and privacy of your stay. Please use this code during your visit, and let us know if you have any issues accessing the property. We hope you enjoy your stay!

You’ll also find parks and green spaces nearby, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. The neighborhood's combination of tranquility and proximity to Nashville’s main attractions makes it an ideal location for visitors looking for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Music City Oasis is convenient and flexible. You’re just a short drive from downtown Nashville, making rideshares like Uber and Lyft a great option for quick trips to the city's top attractions, restaurants, and music venues. If you prefer to drive, parking is typically easy in the neighborhood, and major highways are nearby for exploring beyond the city. For a more local experience, there are several parks and walking trails in the area for a scenic stroll



Other Things to Note:

✔️Check-in Form: Prior to arrival, guests will be required to complete a check-in form through our Guest App. No download is required.



• Only guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.

• Please don’t wear shoes in the house.

• Smoking incurs a $250-fine.



Pet Fee

• A non-refundable fee of $71/pet per stay applies

• Any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges



Pet Limitations

• Maximum of 2 dogs (please check with the host if you plan to bring more than 2 pets or any other animals)

• No aggressive breeds

• Pets must be fully house-trained



Furniture Policy

• Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and couches

• Please bring proper pet bedding — no makeshift blankets or shared beds



Cleaning & Damage

• A minimum $150 fee will apply for damaged furniture, rugs, or other property

• An additional $75–$200 cleaning fee may apply for excessive pet hair, odors, or stains



Supervision

• Pets must not be left unattended unless safely crated

• Crates are not provided by the host



Outdoor Areas

• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly

• Pets must be leashed or under direct control at all times



Noise & Disturbance

• Excessive barking or disturbances may result in guest removal without refund



Liability

• Guests assume full responsibility for their pets

• Host/owner is not liable for pet-related incidents or injuries
