Welcome to our funtionally equiped two-bedroom, one-bath home, the perfect destination for a tranquil getaway. Nestled on a private half-acre parcel, this home provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The home boasts two cozy bedrooms, one bathroom, and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. our home now offers a futon and a king koil air matress to accomodate for larger groups.

Step outside, and you'll discover a true paradise - our home is backed by a stunning 11-acre farm, home to five mini-horses and five mini-donkeys who are sure to steal your heart. These friendly creatures can be found along the fence line and love to be fed grass and carrots, making for an unforgettable experience.

The oversized front porch is perfect for taking in the beautiful scenery and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The built-in fire pit invites you to gather around and enjoy a cozy night under the stars.

Very Clean and Cozy, Privacy

My husband and I are working out of town. Booked the house for 1 week. So pleased with the first weeks stay, week booked it again, for another month. I have zero complaints. The house was just asdescribed

Good place to stay.

Clean. Sufficient for our needs. The neighbors' ponies were a great attraction. Super happy for a quiet country location. The master bed was comfortably firm. Phone call seemed to work the best for communication upon checkin with property manager. When reached, he was very helpful.

House was very clean, but there was only 1 towel per person. We did not find any hand towels of any kind. There was also a wasp nest on the front porch and only one of the chairs on the front porch was able to be sat in.

Quiet Stay close to Frederick

We enjoyed our stay here, it was a quiet place to stay off the beaten path. The house was super clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighbors mini horses were out every day and my kids loved to go talk to them, super cool to wake up and see the horses! The house is about 15-20 min away from Frederick, Downtown Frederick, and Urbana. The only negative during our stay was it was extremely cold weather and the heating system of the house could not keep up. The owner did have heaters which helped but overnight and mornings it was too cold. Providing wood for the wood stove would have been a nice addition when its a winter time stay.

Pros: location, clean bathroomCons: cabinets under kitchen sink smelled like a dead mouse, ants in the kitchen, mouse droppings in the toaster and cabinets, livingroom smelled like mildew, bathroom towels smelled like they had been put away damp. We let the owner know about the mouse activity and decaying smell when we arrived on a Thursday night. Didn’t hear from him. Sent another message Friday morning to say that we would be out for the day and asked for someone to take care of whatever was dead in the kitchen, but we didn’t hear back. After more than 24 hours, he wrote back to say that someone from pest control would be out during the week to investigate. Our checkout was Sunday. There was no apology for the smell or mouse activity. No apology or acknowledgment for the delayed response. I tried reaching out to VRBO but that wasn’t helpful either. We won’t be back to this property or this owner.
