Cozy home away from home! We are walking distance to the Spring Lake beach, splash pad and bike path and the perfect starting point for your lakeshore adventures! Spring Lake offers easy access to boating, beaches, hiking and a variety of quaint lakeshore bars and restaurants. Grand Haven (home of the Coast Guard Festival) is an easy 3-mile bike ride away on a fully paved bike path.

This completely furnished two-bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably and comes fully equipped with bedding, kitchenware, washer/dryer, and everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy your vacation. After a day of exploring, you can relax and unwind on your own private deck in our fully fenced backyard.

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom space is great for families, and with two separate living areas you'll have room for it all. And while we hope you don't need to work on your vacation, there is a fully equipped private office just in case.

Spring lake

Was very accessible to Grand Haven and many beautiful beaches. Plenty of good food around and were blessed with beautiful weather quiet safe neighborhood good trip

Family wedding in Spring Lake

This was a wonderful place to stay with our young grandchildren. There were lots of toys and playgrounds nearby as well as Spring Lake and Grand Haven beach within 10 minutes!

Great little place in Spring Lake

We had a great stay over the 4th of July in Nichole’s home. It met our needs perfectly. We could walk to the bakery and the lake, and we rode our bikes for miles and miles. The home is small but had absolutely everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back deck, watching the bunnies get past the garden fence to chew on greens.

Very homey!

Immaculate home! Less secluded than originally anticipated- but in fairness- it’s in the township and close proximity neighbors. Did not realize there was a separate and lovely casita on property. Incredibly kind and compassionate owners. Absolutely won us over with their friendliness and the care that they’ve put into their home. A true treasure of location and an overall wonderful experience! Very kind neighbors and safe neighborhood. Overall; a wonderful experience.

Perfect, and exactly the break we needed!

Our vacation at this home was just perfect. It was beautiful, very comfortable, and perfectly situated. We either walked or biked to everything in Spring Lake (including Village Baker which is right around the corner, beach which is a half mile, bike path is about half mile - very close to everything in Spring Lake). Accommodations in the home were also perfect. We had the upstairs/first floor bedroom. Our kids slept in the downstairs/basement bedroom and had their own space when they wanted to play. The yard is huge. We were allowed to bring our pooch for an additional fee, and he actually had everything he needed there too! The proprietor was incredibly nice, very easy to get in touch with, and just a very pleasant person to work with. Checking in and out was a breeze, and check in an out times are very generous. I think we have found our go to for when we vacation in that area!

Nice Stay

There home was perfect for our little family get away. They had tons of fun toys for our kids. They home was well kept and comfortable. The backyard was a wonderful, shady escape.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Haven!!! The house was very clean and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Peaceful back patio and yard with fire pit. When we had questions, the owners got right back with us. We would stay there again! 😊
