Your home away from home in Spring Lake with 3 delightful bedrooms, including 1 king beds and 1 queen bed 1 double bed and a hide-a-bed. This cool condo offers a cozy living room with an extra hide-a-bed for additional space (Sleeps 7). Guests can enjoy excellent amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. This Condo is the premier place to stay in the Spring Lake area with beautiful views of the Grand River and the local marina. Be a part of the Lake Shore community and enjoy the beaches, miles of walking and bike trails, beautiful sunsets, and cozy dining all within walking distance of this wonderful waterfront home. A special "hangout" loft area for the kids makes this the perfect family get away.

We enjoyed our stay. Great amenities, good location for us. Wonderful view. Condo exactly as pictured. It was just the two of us but you could easily sleep 6 people in the three bedrooms and not feel cramped. We came for the fall color and drove along the lake over 2 days. Hosts were accessible and helpful. List of local restaurants, things to do, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Great location right on the water. Spring Lake was very convenient and quiet compared to Gran Haven, but if you need to go to GH , it’s just 5-10 minutes away.We enjoye the 2 bedrooms upstairs where my kids stayed , and the bonus room on the 3rd floor. Great view of the water.

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The property owner was great to work with during the process of renting/paying, and checking in. I would highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The condo is perfectly located
.easy access to downtown Grand Haven while also offering quiet peaceful views of the marina. The kitchen was well stocked.

Clean, comfortable, accommodating spaces, awesome location

It was a PERFECT spot for myself, my teen daughter and her bestie to have a couple days getaway in our home state. The location was GREAT for a quick drive into "town", the beach with plenty of places along the way should we need anything (we stopped at Walgreens for forgotten sunscreen and Jimmy Johns to bring subs to the beach! Easy peasy on the way!). The home was clean, comfortable and more than accommodating for 3 "ladies". I loved having my own bathroom and space while the girls had the whole loft space with their own bathroom! The views were a great way to start and end our days. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this home to another family.

Very clean condo and Mark was a great host and answered any questions we contacted him with. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.The only thing that we would recommend to enhance our stay would have been to have fans in the bedrooms.

Great Stay

The home was very clean and in a super Location for a wedding at Saint Mary’s. The best part was the customer service from Mark if I had to have one criticism, we could have used more coat/closet racks to hang dresses, etc., as we were attending a wedding. I would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect Family Getaway!

We were excited to get away for a few days as a family. Very few places have had comfortable living and sleeping space for our crew, but we were pleased to see all of the space in this beautiful condo. Everything was clean and available, and the owners were very quick to respond with the few questions we did have. We definitely plan to return, hopefully for longer next time!

Golf Getaway

Our first time in beautiful Spring Lake/Grand Haven did not disappoint! We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. An added plus was that it overlooked the Grand River and Marina.The condo had alot of cool decorating touches and artwork!Our host, Mark was quick to respond to our questions and very accommodating to our needs!!The guys golfed at American Dunes Golf Club (which was spectacular) and the girls enjoyed all the shops in town.We will definitely will be back!!Thanks, Mark and Sarah
