Charming Villa with Spectacular Waterfront Views

We would love to host you in our beautiful multi-million dollar waterfront estate boasting over 11,000 square feet with awe-inspiring views of the Potomac River, unequaled privacy, and close proximity to nature and culture. This charming older mansion sleeps 16 in 6 bedrooms, 1 sleeping room, 5 full and 3 half bathrooms, hard wood flooring, foyer ceiling, 2-story library, large kitchen, theater, recreational area, 3-car garage, private driveway, fireplaces, and more. It's the perfect place for a private company retreat and large family gatherings.

No pets please and no smoking allowed. Fines and/or clean up fees will apply.

No parties and social functions without owner authorization.

All fireplaces are in working order except the fireplace in the master bedroom. Please consult with our property manager to learn how to use them as these are older systems.

Not all appliances are available to guests. The mini fridges in the master bedroom and library are intentionally not turned on. There are 2 extra refigerators/freezers available in the garage for use. Our property manager will walk through this with you upon your arrival or contact us directly for further details. We encourage guests to do this walk through with our property manager in order to understand where everything is and the nuances of the house which is older.

Our house is always prepped and professionally cleaned for the arrival of next guests. The cleaning cost is a pass-through cost.

For your safety, outdoor cameras are installed at the front door, front of house, above garage, back door, and stairs leading down the river. There are no indoor cameras.

The outdoor steps leading to the river are truly one of a kind in the area. We are currently in the process of reconditioning these steps but no further action will occur until the spring, so we do not recommend using these steps during the late Fall and Winter months. Consult our property manger for more details.

There are times guests may experience a booking during a maintenance cycle which is out of our control. We do our best to make sure everything is in working order, but please understand there are some circumstances that are normal wear and tear and out of our control. We suggest to keep in constant contact with our property manager to make your experience the best it can be.
