American Pride in Jamaica Beach is located on a canal. No matter what season youâre planning on visiting the island, rest assured that you will catch up on some well deserved R & R. This comfortable home has an open floor plan for the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living areas.
If you are looking for super-casual at the water, American Pride is the home for you. This home has an easy living, bring your flip flops and board shorts kind of atmosphere. Nothing fancy - just good times and memories for the family trip to Galveston. This is the ""beach cabin"" you've been looking for - it's got character, but it's a house for guests who just want to go fishing, as American Pride even offers underwater fishing lights!
There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths that will accommodate up to 13 people. The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed and a private balcony overlooking the canal. As for the other bedrooms, one has a Queen, one bedroom has two twins, another bedroom has a Pyramid bunk and the other bedroom has 2 Double beds. The kitchen has extra amenities including a microwave, dishwasher, toaster & toaster oven. This home has a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, central heat/air. There is Cable TV, DVD in the living room.
JAMAICA BEACH
Jamaica Beach Texas is one of the most popular beaches and sought-after neighborhoods when it comes to vacation rentals â what it lacks in size, it makes up for action during the summer months, holidays and event weekends! Jamaica Beach is far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle of Seawall (8 miles), and but not too far away from most of the island attractions (10 miles from 61st Street). Jamaica Beach also has itâs own community pool and private marina and boat ramp, Regatta Basin, a community pavilion and playground.

All Ryson properties are non-smoking.
This home is pet-friendly. One pet is allowed. All pets must be registered, and pet fee ($100/pet) must be paid upfront. Outside the home, dogs must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for picking up after dogs. Please review Rysonâs 'Tips for Traveling with Pets' for additional information.
City Park Pool open from Memorial Day - Labor Day Tuesday - Sunday 12pm - 7pm with a $5.00/day charge.
No white trash bags allowed; all trash has to be in black trash bags. The City will issue citations.

This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Jamaica Beach is a residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are enforced between 10 pm and 7 am.
The boat slip is available for guest use to tie up only.
This property has cameras located on the ground level area.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Ryson, established in 2006, is the largest local vacation rental provider on Galveston Island, offering close to 300 vacation rentals, including Ryson's Luxury Collection, in-house maintenance, housekeeping, inspection, laundry and property management.
