Pictures look better then unit does

Needs work. Paint was all messed up at bunk bed area lots of writting and "notes" under bunk beds. Floors werent cleaned before we got there. Bathroom ceiling had water damage and stains. Vent fan in bathroom wasnt secured to the wall and was just on the floor when we arived. After u take a shower the hit water heater

Small but cozy and convenient

Very clean and very accessible to a nice beach. Room was a bit small for our family of six but the easy walk to the ocean made up for the space we gave up.

Need more paper products. People are on vacation and don’t want to pack too much

Need to change what the condo has to offer. We packed too much stuff because we thought you didn’t have enough towels for bath and kitchen. Not enough pillows or dishes. No one wants to pack stuff they don’t need

Over all

The refrigerator didn't work, we were told that someone would come and fix it, no one did. Parking was suppose to be free we paid $32.48. I did reach out to the manager we haven't heard back since he asked about the refrigerator that didn't get fixed.

Our stay at Casa Del Mar

It was the best! The kids loved their beds and the balcony. They always wanted to go to the pools and swim! When we wanted to go to the beach it was easy for us! Because we could just walk there! Overall we loved our stay at Casa Del Mar!

Great stay

Great place to stay with kids. The walk to the beach wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be with little ones. Recommend getting a wagon to tote beach stuff over. Condo was perfect for our family. Only disappointment was the pool which was hot! Would definitely recommend and stay again. Good location and easy to get to.

Slightly less than expected

The sofa bed was not made up at all. We ran out of toilet paper. The pools were not clean so we were not able to use them and that was disappointing.

Very disappointing

Didn't get to stay at casa del Mar due to maintenance issues. Booked ocean view front of property. Had to stay at the Victorian with little view of the ocean. They didn't tell us about the change until after we try to use the key code that didn't work. The room they put us in had a very small kitchen. The sink was the size of a mixing bowl and the frig was so small not all my food would fit. No can opener, dish soap, or kitchen towels.

Choose something else

I don’t usually give bad reviews. I’m a positive affirmations kind of girl. But I do want to be honest and informative. The owner does NOT communicate. At all. The room wasn’t clean, the toilet had clearly been used and not cleaned after. Black mold on the vents. Water leak in ceiling. Be sure to take toilet paper (if you do decide to stay here). They only provide one roll even though the description says “complimentary toilet paper.” Three women discovered this at 11:00 pm one night. The front desk person said they couldn’t help because the unit was individually owned. We contacted the condo owner
No response. Contacted the Ryan company, no response. Front desk of condo, no help. Strike three over toilet paper. There was not any dish soap so I could only hope dishes had actually been washed before we got there. All the lack of local help of the condo management and no communication AT ALL from the rental company or from Steven Milo the owner is unacceptable. I left voice messages and emails and texts and messages through the VRBO app. Nothing. This is what makes me warn you against this unit. If you need help for anything you will have no one. I suggest choosing a unit that is owned locally or choose a different complex all together. The positives: location was amazing, view was great, beach chairs and boogie boards were available. The security lady that helped me check in late night of our arrival was wonderfully helpful. I just think it is scary and scratchy that the owner and rental company do not communicate or help in any way. Choose somewhere else. It’s just not worth the risk.
