Wave Therapy | Breathtaking View of Gulf and Pool!

Dawn 935 - Wave Therapy is the perfect island escape, located directly on Seawall and complete with two community pools and a hot tub. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath condo, open-concept floor plan, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops throughout, plus in-unit laundry and private third-floor poolside balcony with Seawall and Gulf views.

The kitchen includes a matching stainless steel oven, side-by-side frig/freezer, oven with stovetop, dishwasher, mounted microwave, coffee pot (standard 12-cup drip), and toaster, and the living area has a 48"" television, WIFI for your convenience, and a full sleeper sofa.

The bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 32"" tv, a large walk-in closet, and direct second entrance to the bathroom for convenience.

THE DAWN CONDOMINIUMS

The Dawn is Located on Seawall, just West of 69th Street, can’t be missed with the tropical colors, palm trees and beautifully landscaped grounds and feature two swimming pools (one pool is heated to 81° in the cooler months), a poolside hot tub, community grilling areas, fitness center, on-site laundry and gated parking. All units at The Dawn offer a private covered balcony or patio, which is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening with a glass of your favorite beverage. All kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner, and guests are so close to so many delicious places to eat if you don’t feel like cooking or decide to order in after a long day at the beach or pool. All guests are required to pay $37.89 per car for parking upon arrival at The Dawn.

Create your own adventures with beach gear and golf cart rentals, a sunset cruise or a bonfire and smores on the beach. This vacation home should accommodate up to 2 vehicles to be parked at the property. Parking at condos is determined by the space available at the property (typically two-car maximum). Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.

All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a parking fee per vehicle (two max).

When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure.

Most HOA fees (resort, parking, amenity, etc.) are to be paid directly to the HOA upon arrival.

Resort amenities require maintenance, and from time to time may be unavailable for guest use. Every effort will be made by Ryson to notify the respective HOA. However, please understand, Ryson has no control or authority in completing necessary repairs or routine maintenance. If elevator use is a requirement for any guests during your stay, please contact Ryson prior to booking, and we're happy to go over available options (alternate elevator available on premises or locating a better limited mobility friendly access unit).

Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators. A Ryson Vacation Planner would be happy to go over the location and access of specific units.

Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs.

All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.


EXTENDED STAYS

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Ryson, established in 2006, is the largest local vacation rental provider on Galveston Island, offering close to 300 vacation rentals, including Ryson's Luxury Collection, in-house maintenance, housekeeping, inspection, laundry and property management. Lovely Place
The unit was very nice and roomy. It had a large kitchen and there was a washer and dryer. The third floor property gave us a great view of ocean sunrises from our balcony. We were just across the boulevard from the beach The bathroom was updated and there was a large walk-in closet. Would stay again!

Broken Bed - No Help
Third floor unit so be prepared to lug all your belongings up two flights of stairs. Discovered bed was broken on second day. Sent text - no response. Called office 2 hours later - stated they would send out someone to repair the bed - no one ever showed up. Property management sent me a text sent asking if I was satisfied with my stay. I responded NO and they stated that someone would contact me - no one ever called. I had to remove the mattress and box spring myself to stand the blocks back up that were holding up the slats under the bed. Poor repair job. Any movement whatsoever of the bed causes the blocks to fall over and the bed sags. This has obviously been a problem for a while because some of the blocks were missing. I later found one in the bottom of the dresser on last day before checkout. Very disappointed with the lack of response from the property management company.

Disappointed
There were so many items either not working or broken: refrigerator broken, with no note stating. TV screen in living room busted. Bed in broken, we had to keep getting under it to put slates back! We found pieces in dresser drawer. Refrigerator beeped 24/7. We called property on first day to let me know and NOTHING was done ! I talked to property multiple times and no one would do anything or offer to make it right!! Very disappointed with stay! Pool was even cloudy and not clear!! I do not recommend!!!!

Probably the best seaside condo in Galveston. Great location. Clean. Responsive. Accurate description. Excellent property management. Couldn’t have asked for better for this destination.
