The condo was supplied adequately. The pool and amenities were good. The bathroom is dimly lit however great water pressure. The fold out couch was okay for kid's however adult's would have been uncomfortable. Need to lose the carpet in the bedroom. Other than that good location for our needs.

The Dawn is a beautiful property.

This unit was decent, but lacked extras that other units have included. The bed was very comfortable though. I bought some hangers and left them there. Note that you’ll need to bring your own pool towel(s).

Pick another Unit in the complex

We stayed at this condo facility with a group of 5 other families in 6 different units, so we saw several to compare with. There was normal “beach wear and tear” wood warp, paint chipping, rust, etc. everywhere but is perfectly normal and acceptable when at an older beach complex. However, unit 813 was disgusting and not even comparable to the other units. I wish I could add pictures to show people, and we even had some of the other families come take a look to make sure we weren’t being ridiculous. Since we were there for a soccer tournament and my husband didn’t arrive till midnight we stayed one night and then got a hotel for the next day. Quick list of issues below: 1. Carpet has stains everywhere (one of which looked like blood), 2. Grout hasn’t been cleaned once since it was built. 3. Stains on curtains, 4. Bed bugs or mites???we didn’t see any but all family members itched severely through the night, all night long. (None of us were at the beach at any point, this was our arrival day) 5. Bathtub was so clogged with hair that it wouldn’t drain, so you stood in 10” of water while you showered. Plus side is the complex was nice for an older property, plenty of parking and the other families enjoyed their units. If they would use some draino, hit a deep clean, spend about $1000 to replace carpet and change the drapes, this place would be more than acceptable for the money.
