Condo de luxe sur la plage avec vue sur la mer, spacieux, calme, mis à jour, 2 piscines du complexe

Beau grand condo dans une communauté fermée située en face de la nouvelle plage de Babe sur la digue. À quelques minutes de grands restaurants, boutiques, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens et autres attractions. Il dispose d'une laveuse et sécheuse, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée, ainsi que tout neuf (mobilier et électronique). Câble et WiFi haut débit. De hauts plafonds! Lit King dans la chambre avec un grand walk-in, canapé-lit Queen dans le salon, et un lit pliant supplémentaire disponible. Comptoirs en granit, grande douche à l'italienne, patio et débarras. Deux piscines luxueuses de style resort, 1 avec jacuzzi chauffé, l'autre avec une piscine pour enfants, et 2 aires de pique-nique et barbecue. Centre de remise en forme ultramoderne avec accès 24h / 24. L'unité dispose d'une rampe d'accès pour fauteuil roulant au 1er étage, sans escalier. Walmart 5 min à pied juste en face de la rue. Très calme et paisible - un endroit parfait pour une escapade!
Les Texans "d'hiver" et tout le monde sont invités à réserver des séjours de longue durée (rabais importants sur les réservations de plus de 30 jours).

Important! La politique de stationnement a récemment changé et la HOA perçoit maintenant des frais de stationnement de 25 $. Tous les locataires à court ou à long terme doivent s’inscrire au guichet situé à Seawall et payer 25 $. 00 par véhicule pour la carte de stationnement pour la durée de leur séjour. Veuillez vous présenter au guichet pour l'enregistrement du stationnement. Si vous arrivez après les heures de bureau, vous pouvez arriver au bureau le lendemain matin. Les clients doivent fournir un permis de conduire au moment de leur inscription et de payer pour le stationnement. S'il vous plaît apporter votre DL lorsque vous allez vous inscrire pour le stationnement afin de recevoir un laissez-passer de stationnement.

Super convenient location with very attentive property owners

This condo was on the ground floor and super convenient to access the pool on site, the beach across the road, and the many restaurants down the Seawall. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.

Our stay was wonderful:) Five minute walk to the beach. Condo was very clean, the bed was big and so comfortable!! Felt just like being at home, very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it.

Wonderful

We have stayed at the Dawn twice now and really love it. It is close to the beach and has great amenities. The pools are lovely and the hor tub is HOT! We will be back.

Everything was perfect

The condo was roomy and comfortable. Very clean and right next door to one of the 2 pools. The beach is right across the street, Walmart is next door to the Condominums. We will definitely be back to stay next year.

Good Spot in Galveston

Great location, wonderful amenities, grounds and unit very tidy and clean. I had a question for the host regarding the TV remotes and they replied promptly. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a nice condo for two people!

Good location

Pros-Great location, great pool, and really comfortable bed. Also had great communication with the owners. Cons-WiFi never connected, washer and microwave did not work. Gate code was not updated on the app so we were stuck at the gate. Owners were made aware and answered the best they could.

The property just changed the gate code the same day and we let the guest know before we had a chance to updated instructions online. There was a lightning storm prior to guest arrival that damaged the internet, microwave and washer , we ordered new washer, microwave and modem for wifi the minute we learned.

February in Galveston

Kevin and Katerinas property at The Dawn Condominium was the perfect place for us to stay through the Mardi gras Festivals in Galveston. Located on a quiet, secure section of Babe Beach just minutes from all the downtown festivities and close to all the historic famed restaurants. We walked the beaches everyday taking pictures of the spectacular sunrise. The condo itself was clean and spacious provided with everything needed to make us feel at home. My wife stated that all she really was missing was her cat. I do highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet getaway from the higher latitudes of the northern winter. We would most definitely return again.

Nice condo

Overall nice condo for the price. Clean and location close to all tourist spots and Walmart. Was a little disappointed that it's in the very back as had another idea in my head when booking. The whole complex is located across the seawall from the beach but this one has no patio view of ocean or pool or anything but park lot fence. But I'm sure ones on other end are more expensive. Only problem with room was it has a nest, which we had no idea how to use and we could not get room cool enough to be comfortable. I'm sure it was on an energy saving mode but didn't know how to get around that. Had it not had ceil fans we would not have been even close to being cool enough. Besides that it was a nice place.

Thank you for leaving a review. We are happy you enjoyed the stay. We don’t advertise our condo as facing the water. However we view the location as an advantage actually since it is very quite and peaceful and there is constant roar of traffic and smell of exhaust in all of the waterfront condos. Most people rather have quiet location than a view, especially when most are spending time out during the day anyway and when you can’t even open a balcony in the Seawall facing locations because of noise and traffic
