This is a fully furnished and newly built 2-bedroom basement suite in a family friendly environment. It guarantees you the maximum comfort for your entire stay. By
Rm 1 has a queen bed tastefully laid with exquisite bedsheets and cozy warm duvet. Rm 2 has a twin over full bunk bed suitable to sleep 3 kids.
The kitchen is equipped with the essentials you need to make a meal and enjoy home away from home. There is also a microwave, electric jug for a quick tea or coffee.
The living room has a 55" smartTVset programmed with netflix for entertainment

Host was always very quick to respond to questions. The overhead microwave did not work, kept blowing the breaker (a sign noting that it doesnt work would have been good) but there was an alternate microwave on the counter to use. Everything supplied was great and nice clean space.

Due to the weather we only ended up staying one night instead of the 3 we had planned on. But it was a very nice place. Very comfortable beds. Perfect for my little family.

Awesome accommodation

It was a great place. My family and I had a wonderful time. The cleanliness and the facility manager was very supportive. The location was great for easy access to nearby communities like evergreen.

Really great location, lots of restaurants and shops around the area. The place was very clean and had lots of little extras (nice if u forgot something). My only complaint was it was noisy from the upstairs, unfortunate but it is a basement suite.

Convenient location for traveling to sasktel Center. Beautiful area for a nice walk on the many walking/ biking trails. The suite is a nice size and has comforts of home. Beds were comfortable. Over all the cleanliness was adequate but could use a really good detail cleaning. We would stay here again.

Great suite

This is a very clean and new place. Two full bedrooms one with a bunk bed and a fold out couch. It’s in a very nice and safe neighbourhood in north east. You will need a car to get around as it’s a new area. There are restaurants and food stores nearby.

Great little rental

We stayed at this 2 bedroom rental while we were visiting family in Saskatoon. The property was clean and beautiful with everything we could have needed. It was a great little getaway after a busy day with family. We even received a message from the property owner making sure we had everything we needed after our first night. Thank you!

We had a. Amazing stay in this apartment. Chinedu and family were so accommodating.

Great suite

We stayed with out three year old and six month old and it was the perfect little space for what we needed. Chinedu was very quick to reply with any questions we had as well which was great since we arrived late in the day. A snow storm hit while we were staying and when we got up in the morning the walkway had been shovelled so we could get out easily as well. Overall great experience staying here! 😌

Fabulous Suite

Overall, the property was great for what we needed but we did cook our breakfast there and there was no flipper and the amount of plates and cups were rather small. Also the suite came with only 2 towels and 2 faceclothes, not a big deal as we had brought ours own beach towels and usesd those.

Feedback on stay

Both of us liked the place. It was true to the images. The only issues we had was, since it was a basement people who lived above us were too noisy and had trouble in sleeping. Secondly, it would have been nice if there were hand towels or tissues kept in the washrooms as the two of us had difficulty with it. Other than that our stay was really great. Thank you for hosting us!

Quaint & Tidy

This little gem was very easy to find and in a new, upscale area of Saskatoon. The private access to the suite was clear of obstacles and tucked in at the side of the house. The suite itself was very clean and fresh smelling. The couch was comfy complete with plush blankets to cozy under. The beds were fairly comfortable with nice linens that were fresh smelling. We briefly met our host who was friendly and asked if we needed anything. Some nice walking trails were at the end of the block that wound down along the north west swale giving opportunity to take in native flora and fauna. Overall our experience staying there for a girls getaway was very positive, quiet and most enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to a small group or small family.
