Stunning 4 story house with exquisite views of Morse Reservoir. 800 square feet of lake front with multiple decks and places to relax. Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, Canoe, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat.

The house was well appointed and beautiful with a wonderful view of the reservoir! Lori was very accessible with any questions or concerns we had. We brought our family of 20 to celebrate Christmas. There was a tree and subtle Christmas decorations that added to the atmosphere. We had a great time!

The house is beautiful and spacious! Plenty to do! Pool table. Darts. Games and media room with a Wii. Host very accommodating and checked in to see if we needed anything!Great family place! Would love to come back in summer!

Before even arriving at the property, Lori was absolutely amazing. So kind so accommodating she made us feel welcome from 3000 miles away. Once we arrived at the property. Everything was exactly as the pictures, almost better I would say. The property is so wonderful, it’s appointed with everything that you could ever need. We had really terrible weather at the end of our day and Lori was so kind to accommodate our travel needs. This place is so so worth it. She made our Thanksgiving magical and easy.

The property was a perfect fall setting for the parents & siblings of the bride & groom from out of town to watch football, read, or reconnect over board games & puzzles. The bridal party was able to get ready in separate spaces & take great fall photos with the lake background before heading to the wedding venue. The entry staircase & outdoor patio were beautiful "first look" experiences.

We stayed here last week with our leadership team, and the home was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It had everything we needed and more, even small touches like K-cups, extra trash bags, and paper towels that you don’t often see in a VRBO. Every bed was super comfortable, and our host, Lori, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!

We were so impressed with the house. It was great for our big family with all of the amenities we wanted. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and everything was in perfect working condition. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and come back again.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sycamore Cove. The house was absolutely stunning! It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The house was well kept and clean. Our group enjoyed utilizing the entertaining spaces as well as the outdoor spaces. This place is perfect for families and friends. The owner held great communication and make check in a breeze. Our group made many lovely memories and talk eagerly about another stay in the future!

Fantastic. Host very responsive. Well stocked kitchen. Great lake toys. We did a friends with teenage kids vacation, there were 16 of us. It was perfect! Our teens played Rockband for hours (as well as tons of swimming). Also, fabulous outdoor spaces. Watch the video you receive a week before, if you rent this. It was helpful.

Perfect House on the Lake

My friends and family chose this house because of the perfect location and amazing house! The beach area was a big hit! We had a lot of fun in the basement with the pool table, arcade game, and dart board! The house was very spacious and view from the master bedroom was awesome! We also used the huge back door patio a lot at night! Lori was super helpful and very responsive to any of our questions! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Annual Family Reunion

Sycamore Cove is a lovely property with so much space for large groups, and so many wonderful amenities.Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in process was seamless. Our entire family enjoyed three wonderful days of outside and inside activities. Give it a try

The Perfect Reunion Spot

Our stay couldn’t have gone better! We had 8 adults and 8 kids ages 5 and under and we can’t stop talking about the wonderful stay and property. Lori started out by allowing a family who had lost power overnight check in very early so they could enjoy A/C and a shower. She proactively checked in on us and was very responsive.The house itself was so perfect for our group! It was clean and spacious. The kids had plenty to do between the beach, water toys and boats, movie room, arcade games, etc. For us adults it was nice to have separate spaces for each family and also nice that once the kids were in bed we could chat and listen to music in the main level, basement, or outside without bothering the kids. The trip definitely fit the ideal picture we had in our heads leading up to it.We are all midwesterners very used to lake bottoms and all of our kids had water shoes so we were in the water a good 75% of each day. However, just a heads up to anyone not used to a lake, the bottom is seaweed which can feel musy so bring yourself some water sandals if you aren’t certain you’d like the feeling.

Lake family getaway —

We booked this place for our family gathering. Three generations of us, and there’s something here for all ages. Games lake charming towns nearby relaxation Great hosts who have the gift of hospitality. Premium towels and sheets. Well stocked kitchen utensils. We will book again and we look forward to it. Top notch! We also recommend Matteo’s in town for a great Italian dinner.

Family birthday reunion

Six siblings 66-80 and families gathered for the first time since 2013 to celebrate the oldest turning 80 this month. This location was central for everyone coming in from Delaware, Colorado and northern half of Indiana. We made the most of our time, eating, visiting and playing cards. Never even used the third floor! So much space. Would be a great summer reunion spot. Hope to return one day!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Husband & business partner renovate houses and they purchased this property in 2016 and rehabbed every part of it. Our family had such a good time visiting while the property was being flipped that we decided we couldn't part with it and wanted to keep it and share it with other families.

It is a very unique property as it is at the end of a secluded road with only 1 neighbor next door. It is very relaxing and offers activities for all family members while also giving everyone the space they need.

Everyone who has stayed at the property has raved about what a good time they had, how nice the property and accommodations are. Picture don't capture the beauty of the property and house.
