Welcome to The Live Oak, a spacious and comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bath home in a warm and friendly Abilene neighborhood!

Perfect for families or groups, our home is conveniently located near ACU, HSU, and Hendrick Medical Center. Explore the Key City's historic downtown and the SODA District, both a short drive away, for local shops and eateries. Quick highway access allows you to reach Dyess AFB, Abilene EXPO, the Abilene Zoo, and Shotwell Stadium with ease.

We look forward to hosting you!

Relax in the welcoming open living space furnished with a comfortable couch, two chairs, a smart TV, and fast reliable wireless internet.

Spend time sharing a meal with friends and family by gathering around our dining table, which comfortably seats six and adjoins bar seating for two.

The kitchen is ready and equipped with the basic cooking utensils you may need: cookware, dinnerware, eating utensils, wine glasses and bottle openers. The Live Oak also offers a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of K-Cups, as well as creamer and sugar.

The Live Oak is equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, ironing board and iron for your use.

Each bedroom at The Live Oak is thoughtfully decorated and comfortably set with a queen bed, closet, full length mirror, and night stands to help you feel more at home.

You’ll enjoy The Live Oak's two sparkling clean bathrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with extra towels, bath tissue, body wash, shampoo, hand soap, and hair dryers for your convenience.

With a large, private backyard The Live Oak is a great place to enjoy a West Texas sunset.

Forget the hassle of keeping up with house keys. Access The Live Oak using our secure and easy to use, keyless entry system! Our August Smart Lock system allows you lock and unlock The Live Oak with your smartphone. Don’t want to download another app? We have you covered! We are happy to issue you a unique code that can be entered into a keypad affixed to the outside of The Live Oak.

The Live Oak offers off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Parking on the street is available and free, should you need it.

We visited our daughter who attends ACU. The property was roomy and clean. There are blinds on all the bedroom windows which was great. We would stay again.

Perfect location and space for all of us

We needed a place for 8, so we coukd attend the power lifting competition. This worked out well--adequate beds and large enough common area to accomodate us.

Great house

We traveled to the area to spend thanksgiving with our oldest daughter and her family. The house was clean, comfortable and conveniently located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was easy with quick responses. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when in the area.

Family visit

We were in town for a memorial service for a family member. The location was perfect and near to other family members. The property was a perfect location for us. The check in was effortless and the house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Our new getaway in Abilene!

This house was everything that I expected and hoped for when making the reservation--clean, spacious, quiet, and bonus of really cute and clean bedrooms. Plenty of towels, everything we needed in the kitchen...I could go on, but suffice to say that I wouldn't look for anywhere else to stay in Abilene (we come about 1-2 times a year), after this. Thank you! Enjoyed our stay very much!

Nice place

Overall great stay and a nice little house. Clean and nicely put together. The only thing I would say is that the beds are metal and my husband is a light sleeper so any time movement is made and it squeaks it will wake him up so he had difficulty resting peacefully just because of the metal bed frame. But other than that it is a great place! Has a nice little outside area in the back and it’s clean, well kept!
