Mesquite furniture, oriental rugs, antique quilts, and an abundance of hides, horns, and hats add to the authentic Texan atmosphere. Step outside to discover an inviting private pool and deck. We invite you to hang your hat!

The sleeping arrangements include queen size beds in two bedrooms, a pair of twin beds in another, and the Bunkhouse with 4 twins—two on the lower level and two floor mattresses in the loft. All beds are furnished with top-quality mattresses and high thread count sheets. One of the bathrooms features a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, and both bathrooms are stocked with hotel style towels.

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring a private and personalized experience during their stay.

Nestled in the Historic Sayles District, this residence is conveniently situated near the universities, shops, restaurants, and various venues in Abilene.

On site parking is available in the front driveway for 2 vehicles. Additional parking is available in the back, via the alley, for up to 4 vehicles.

Please note that the outdoor area includes a private pool. The pool is not gated, so please supervise children at all times during your stay.
