This charming village-inspired chalet backs onto Monterra Golf Course and boasts panoramic views of the mountains before heading into your front door. Less than a 10-minute stroll to the story-book shops and restaurants that keep the village thriving, you can also opt to take the shuttle right from your unit. A perfect 4 season retreat, this rental is steps away from skiing, hiking, snowshoeing & cross country skiing. Only a 5 min drive to the beautiful Georgian Bay at Northwinds Beach!
Rivergrass Pool and Hot Tub - POOL CLOSED FOR THE SEASON - HOT TUB OPEN YEAR-ROUND
The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
The space
Spend every morning captivated by the mountain views that greet you during your stay. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living space make hosting easy aprĂšs ski with natural light flooding the room through oversized windows. Enjoy the complete privacy with open space behind the chalet that gives incredible views and walking distance to Monterra Golf Course, and look down for a tempting soak in the Rivergrass jacuzzi. This unit is memorable for its prime location met with easy living in the master-planned community.
Great location for year round activities (golf and snow shoeing). The hot tub is open year round and the heated pool is open 3 seasons. It`s a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mountain village and ski hill where you can find shopping, splash works, restaurants, axe throwing, crockadoodle, and more!)
Kitchen
The kitchen boasts convenience, complete with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, double sink, microwave, and stove. Whether youâre enjoying a meal or just using the space for your morning coffee, you can appreciate the open concept layout for easy access to the dining area with a direct view of the golf course. Save the space in your suitcase; all you need to bring is your food, spices, and coffee. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and BBQ tools.
Living Room
This modern living space has been tastefully decorated and hosts a comfortable couch and chairs so you can catch up by the fire after a day of adventure or sit back and relax with the flat-screen TV + premium sports package. Get a breath of fresh air through the sliding glass doors that lead to your private deck and enjoy the picturesque views of the Monterra landscape overlooking the pool. Guests will appreciate how easy it is to relax in your contemporary escape that has all your home comforts, including Wi-Fi, steps away from unforgettable experiences. A bonus sleeping space included with the pull-out couch.
Bedrooms
This chalet has 2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch (double) for guests to unwind at the end of the day. The primary bedroom has been recently updated with carefully curated décor and hosts a comfortable Queen bed. This bedroom has the advantage of a 3 piece ensuite for slow mornings before you start your day in Blue Mountain. The second bedroom has two cozy single beds and a trundle bed, just steps to a 4 piece bathroom. Need a quick refresh on your wardrobe? In-suite laundry is available during your stay.
Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
Guest access
For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
