Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
The raised, main floor living area features an open floor plan complete with beautiful hardwood floors and cool coastal tones accented with contemporary design and high-end finishes. The sweeping, gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight featuring an impressive array of appliances and amenities including a seven-burner THOR gas range and oven with a pot-filling faucet and commercial-grade hood, a dual-basin sink, and dishwasher. Flip on the Food Network on the wall-mounted smart TV for some culinary inspiration or stream your favorite shows while sipping morning coffee at the wraparound breakfast bar. Full meals can be enjoyed at the banquet-style dining table. Play a round of Chess at the sunny, corner game table in the living room or plop down on the sofa to enjoy a movie night on the 75-inch Roku smart TV equipped with surround sound. The gas fireplace provides cozy ambiance and warmth for group gatherings. A half-bath is located on the floor for household convenience

The main floor primary bedroom features an en suite bath with side-by-side sinks and a walk-in shower. Three bedrooms and the laundry room can be found upstairs. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. The primary suite on this level includes a private deck and attached bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
Entertainment abound on the sprawling, open deck. Stream music from your Yamaha Music, Spotify, or Pandora account while sunbathing in one of the chaise loungers or fire up the gas grill and treat the group to al fresco dining. Let the dogs loose to play in the enclosed backyard while you and your guests gather around the firepit to watch the stars come out. Beach gear is provided for guest convenience and don't forget to rinse off in the outdoor shower on the way back home.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
This property is located in an R1-zoned area. Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34. The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
