Enjoy Picturesque Views while relaxing at this newly renovated bayfront condo. When you're not at the beach or strolling the boardwalk, the fun continues. You can step off your porch onto the community pier to try your hand at fishing or crabbing, or bring your own kayak or paddleboard to explore the bay. Cook up a favorite dish in your fully equipped kitchen and enjoy Breathtaking Sunsets over the Assawoman Bay while dining on your private bayfront porch. The location is ideal with Ocean City’s famous sandy beaches, restaurants and shopping all just moments away!

LESS PACKING : Amenities provided include 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, fishing and crabbing equipment and many other amenities such as a Pack N’ Play, high chair and BPA-free plastic dishware for children. Numerous other expected amenities are listed under the amenities tab.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Bayfront private covered porch with dining table and deck chairs. Community deck and pier. Entrance to the porch and condo does require 2 steps.

LIVING SPACE: Bay-facing, beach-themed decor, 2 Smart TVs, Free WiFi (100 Mbps), newly remodeled bathrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all major kitchen appliances as well as a washer and dryer. Dining table and bar seating. Window AC units and ceiling fans.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Full Bed, Living Room: Sleeper Sofa

Great place

This place had everything you needed. It was very clean and stocked the beds were comfortable it was perfect for us would book again for sure.my husband caught a nice Rockfish off the pier. This trip is just what we needed

Excellent place. Extra amenities beyond what was advertised. Responsive host. Appliances are top of the line. Great location - Food Lion right around the corner. Only downside - this unit is on the 1st floor; apparently no insulation between this unit and the upstairs unit. Older couple own/live upstairs, we could hear every footstep and conversation. Fortunately they were not very active and it didn't really bother us much.

Wonderful view!

We enjoyed a short stay, perfect for us and our daughter. Easy to get to beach, lots close by (grocery, restaurants, etc.) and quiet. The view of the bay is lovely. The check in process was easy, owner was responsive and friendly. Thanks for a nice getaway!

Family vacation

The location was awesome! I absolutely loved stepping out the front door to waterfront. The overall place was a bit small, but we had 7 people and fit alright. The owners were very responsive and communication couldn't have been any better. Thanks for the great time.

Nice Bayfront condo in waterfront.

I liked that we were on the water and sunsets were beautiful. Loved I could bring my dog and that they had so much available for us to use. My only con were it is far from beach but you can drive and park if you want.

Cheer Weekend

Booked this place for the view and it’s beautiful. Wish we had better weather, but even with the wind, the waves were fun to watch. Dog friendly is a big plus as well so we could bring grandma and her little Maltese. Great eats in the area, mmm crab cakes. Also within shouting distance of Wawa and Starbucks. Rooms were clean and maintained. Good stuff all around. Would stay again.

Great

The view is amazing. No picture could describe it. It’s set in a quiet part of town. We were outside on the porch the whole time. We fished right off the pier. It was great for the dog because the porch has a gate. So she was able to enjoy the deck also.There were plenty of places to eat out and the food store is really close. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Beautiful view but disappointing interior

The view was true to the photos and very calming. But when we arrived we will a bit misled due to the fact that the sliding doors were the ONLY entrance. We got there late at night and we were trying to figure out where to go. Wasn’t as clean as we would expect and the towel racks couldn’t hold a single towel, they kept falling off the walls. The photos were strategically done to hide different downsides to the home, such as wall/window ac’s and wood paneled walls.
