Situé sur la 126e rue. Unité 4 qui est l'unité en haut à gauche. Nous n'avons pas d'ascenseur.

REMODELED MARS 2016 - Nouveau tapis, peinture et literie ainsi que d'autres améliorations cosmétiques.

INTERNET HAUT DÉBIT INCLUS

Télévision par câble. TV dans le salon et toutes les chambres. 1 espace de stationnement privé avec beaucoup de stationnement dans la rue. Pont de la zone commune pour les petits rassemblements. Terrasse privée devant la porte d'entrée.

Pour votre commodité, l'unité dispose de la climatisation et du chauffage central ainsi que d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse pleine grandeur, d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'une barre de petit-déjeuner et d'une table à manger pleine grandeur.

Deux chambres ont des lits queen-size et une chambre est équipée de deux lits superposés (simple haut / double fond). Idéal pour deux familles. Les draps ne sont pas inclus.

The Condo was exactly as listed and in a great location. It was clean, and having three bedrooms was perfect for my trip that included my wife, Toddler, mother-in-law and small dog. Owner was super responsive and helpful with questions as well. Look no further if you are considering!

We had very good time during the labor long weekend. The location is perfect and convenient as it is close to beach and also shops nearby. Would surely recommend for families to stay here. Host was very courteous and prompt in her response.

Great location, plenty of space

Couldn’t beat the 1 min walk to the beach. Place was clean. Walkable distance to mini golf, restaurants, shopping, etc. would stay again.

Great vacation!!

Place was supper clean, very spacious and it had everything we needed. Neighbors all around were super friendly. Communication with property manager was fast, friendly and answered any questions. My favorite part was that the beach is super close. And the shower outside is super convenient. Great experience for the whole family.

Great condo 1/2 a block from the beach

It was so nice to stay at the beach with my brother and my dog for a quick weekend get away. Short walk to the park and lots of nice restaurants near by. Private parking spot but did not even need to use my truck!

Wonderful Easter Weekend

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect location...just steps from the beach. Also only a short walk to Northside Park and restaurants. The unit itself is very warm & welcoming, clean and just perfect!

Amazing week!! Super clean. Plenty of room for all of us plus 2 large dogs. The view is beautiful. Always able to find a parking spot out front. The kitchen has everything we needed. The owner was quick to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!!!

Great Beach Condo!

This is a great property! While not oceanfront, it is just steps from the beach. We definitely plan to return next summer. Note: This is essentially a 3rd floor unit just in case steps are an issue for you.

family getaway

we stayed with our kids and 1 year old grandson, we really enjoyed our stay, place was clean, and beach was close, had great weather except 1 day we stayed in because the wind was so bad we got sand blasted and it was not a place for a baby , or any of us, lots of steps goin up to condo, so b prepared for tired legs, but would recommend this to anyone

21st Celebration

We rented all 4 units for our family and what a tremendous time. all the units were well stocked, great location plenty of restaurants, things to do for everyone. Great beach access and the deck views are wonderful. We have shore houses in Cape May and Sea Isle but we will be back to rent here.

Back to the beach

Your condo was the best of the building because of the view of the ocean. Thankful that such a nice place was dog friendly. Other years we would stay at a dog friendly motel in Dewey. Hopefully we will be able to come back again.

We had a great time. The accommodations were perfect for us. Definitely thin walls. Glad we were located on the top floor. The beach is literally right there & very easy to get to anything you’d like.

Great place, great location

Great location, and exactly as advertised. The recently renovated bathrooms look amazing. Carol was responsive and helpful. The house was clean although a deep cleaning was needed. We had an overall great experience, despite the bad weather, and would definitely like to return next year.

First time to OCM

We enjoyed our stay! Everything went smoothly and would highly recommend the neighborhood.we were very close to grocery and restaurants No major inconveniences other than linens.. we stayed with our dog and 2 year old grandchild. It was very easy.

Great location - a bit dated

The location was fantastic. Half a block to the beach. Pet friendly was nice as well. The place itself is a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The price was right. We really liked the layout. Overall, we felt it was worth the price.

Nice getaway

Cute apartment within walking distance of plenty of food and things to do. It's up a few flights of steps which is tough when carrying a bunch of stuff to the beach but otherwise very nice and would stay there again.

As our listing states, we are definitely on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, so the daily hike of the steps is certainly something for all renters to consider before booking our unit. We would hate for the steps to put a damper on anyone's stay with us.
