Host communicated well. Place was exactly like the listing. The place was clean. The gated parking made you feel safe and secure. It was close and convenient to down town.

This was such a cute little condo located in their “midtown” area - lots of nearby amenities, restaurants, etc. The home was cute and clean with all the amenities we needed. Check in and out we’re super easy and the host was very easy to communicate with. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend!

The stay was fantastic, the location was very convenient. We recommend blackout curtains for the living room pull out as the lights in the communal hallway are 24 hours (understandably to accommodate) but make for somewhat difficult sleeping. Overall a great place to stay and very easy to access.

Super cute apartment, and really appreciated the garage parking, especially in downtown SLC! Great location being in downtown and near our favorite restaurants and shopping!

Very accommodating with times with us coming down for school and allowing us to check in early/leave our luggage. Also helped us with the checking out a little later because of school as well. Overall great experience and great communication from the owner. Will definitely be coming back

Everything was great at the apartment. Clean, comfortable and good communication. Only criticism is lack of regular TV or accessible HDMI port for Firestick. Neighborhood wasn't the best.

Not terribly clean

When we opened the couch bed, it was covered with hair. Also, the sink in the bathroom was very clogged when we arrived. Water took minutes to drain, and by the time we left, some water was leaking below the sink. Also, the dishes in the cupboard weren't very clean, the floors were dirty, and there was chewed gum on the TV table. However, the property manager was very good at communication, and it served our needs while we were here. A few minor improvements about the cleanliness would elevate the stay for future guests.

i think they could do much better at providing the basics. i expected there would be hand towells and wash cloths, which there was not. the 2nd room has no closet, no where to hang anything, not even a hook on the wall! so I guess you just lay your cloths on the floor! there was not a towell in the kitchen, 1 dish rag and that was it. it should have been noted thst those things are not provided.
