If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna and a children's wading pool, oceanfront gas barbecues, sandwich shop, bar and free on site parking. The interiors include fully equipped kitchens, washers & dryers, cable television, free phone service to US & Canada, private lanais and luxury linens supplied directly by Alii Resorts.
