Sugar Beach Resort #PH-14 is a penthouse suite towered on the sixth floor and located on the front row, inner-end location of the complex. From the oversized balcony, you are just a stones-throw away from the water. This panoramic, 180 degree ocean view is perfect for outdoor dinning, watching sunsets, or observing the whales in season! Sugar Beach Resort #PH-14 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to four guests. The unit has a full kitchen, washer-dryer, central AC, and an oceanfront balcony. There is a king bed in the Master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. The king bed includes a pillow top mattress. Unit has cable TV, stereo system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Long distance calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included. The unit also comes equipped with basic beach equipment you will need to explore any of Maui's pristine beaches. A $200 refundable security deposit is required for this unit.
This condo fronts a long white sand beach called Sugar Beach which is perfect for long walks, sunsets and fun in the sun.
Same day bookings (meaning arrival is within 48 hours of making the reservation) requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Lovely condo

Sugar Beach resort property was very well kept up. Penthouse 14 was very clean and had beautiful views. The management team we dealt with were wonderful. Very communicative. The only downfall with staying at this location is it’s very windy in the afternoon. The beach is long for taking long walks. It is not very wide. KIHEI is a very good centrally located area however, it is somewhat quiet. If you’re looking for a well populated area, this is not the place for you. For me and my family it was wonderful because you could drive to the populated areas, but come back to the peace and quiet. You do need a rental car if you plan on going places as you have to drive to get anywhere. The restaurant on property was good food and good service. Maui sights were very helpful setting up a snorkel putting for us. I would come back.

Amazing and peaceful

We are so happy we chose this property for our first visit to Maui. Sugar Beach was beautiful and peaceful. We loved walking along the undeveloped beach exploring among the rocks and tide pools to the northwest and walking to the farmers market, ABC store and shaved ice stand to the Southeast. It was a short drive to the shops, restaurants, aquarium and harbor. The property was as described and communication with the property manager could not have been better.

Lovely Condo with a Stellar View

This is the second time we've stayed at this condo. It's nicely appointed (although it could use a few more plates) has comfortable beds, is very clean and of course, has an incredible view. Beautiful sunsets and whales from your lanai. Sugar Beach Resort is great - large heated pool, hot tub, a nice long beach and the grounds are very well maintained. Jean, who handled the rental arrangements was great a communicating.

Amazing location

Sugar Beach was an amazing place for me and my family over the 2022 holiday. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for the 2 weeks we stayed. The kids loved the hot tub and pool. The community is friendly and engaging. Jane who managed the unit we stayed in was super helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.
