DIRECT BEACHFRONT Condo at Sugar Beach Resort

Unit 115 comfortably sleeps 4 - King size bed in bedroom and queen hide abed in living room. TV is located in the living room . Fully furnished unit including beach towels and beach chairs. Views of Haleakala and West Maui Mountains from your lanai - amazing sunsets nightly - ocean sounds 24/7. Walk the 7 miles of beach literally steps from the lanai of unit 115. Pool is heated - the hot tub and pool deck open until 10:00 PM.

During the 2nd week of September every year the pool is closed for maintenance (starting the 2nd Monday in September). Also enjoy the sauna, gas barbeques and a putting green. Parking for unit115 is covered.

Located in North Kihei - convenient to the airport, Wailea, and Lahaina. Grocery shopping and 100's of restaurants just minutes away. Registered guests only.

The condominium was beautiful and spotless on arrival. The view was spectacular; we enjoyed watching the whales and the sunsets from the lanai. Chris, the host, was always responsive and accommodating. 5 stars!!!!

Right on the water! The place was clean and comfortable. The resort is very nice with new BBQ's near the beautiful pool and big jacuzzi. Chris was very accommodating. We appreciated the cooler and beach towels and beach chains. We would definitely return.

A wonderful stay in Chris's condo. All was as described, clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen amenities one needs. You can't beat opening the door and walking steps out to the beach and the ocean to swim or watch the sunset, it doesn't get better than that. Sugar Beach is a great central location in Maui. Chris is a great host, responsive to the couple of questions we had. We would love to stay again!!

Clean unit with comfortable bed and great access to the beach. Good view from patio. Only thing that bothered us was that the WiFi would go in and out so our phones and the tv wouldn’t stay connected to it - other than that, good place to stay.

Wonderful condo

Excellent location, central to most everything you’d want to do. Beach front was so nice everyday and at sunset. Super clean and well equipped condo. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

We had a fantastic stay! Location was in a very chill, and quiet part of North Kihei. Perfect point that offers short drive to downtown Kihei, but also offers central spot to easily access Wilea, Upcountry, and North Maui. Covered parking for your rental too. Enjoy waking up with a beautiful ocean view every morning!

Everything was as advertised. The location itself is the best on the island. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a relaxing place not in the middle of everywhere. But very close to everywhere.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was STUNNING. Very clean, has everything you need to cook and stay a while. The bath towels are thick and so soft! Check in and check out was so easy! The pool was my kids favorite! And they even have a sauna which we loved!! 12/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

The condo is wonderful. Good location right on the beach. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great sunsets.Walking distance to farmers market and 15 min drive to supermarket. this was our second year here and plan on coming back for 2026

30 wedding anniversary celebration

This was a wonderful location to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. Kehei is a great place for dining and adventure with lots of stuff to do.

Great Location

We loved the location and being on the ground floor for easy access to the beach. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beach and pool in the late afternoon when the winds picked up. Sugar Beach is centrally located and was very easy to travel the the beaches on west Maui as well as south Maui. This will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Maui.

This place was amazing. We arrived 4 hrs early. I would’ve booked the day before if I would have known the check in time was 4pm. The pull out couch needs a new mattress. All in all đŸ’ŻđŸ˜Šâ€ïž.

Great communication! Very clean. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Nicely decorated. Could have used more than 1 roll of toilet paper for staying for a week for a family of 4, and also would have been nice to have some shampoo/conditioner more than the small trial size (just the cheap stuff!).

Great location

The place was just like the photos. The beach proximity is literally steps from the patio. The furnishings are comfortable including the bed. The central AC was very welcome as that is not the norm in Hawaii. It would be nice if there were beach chairs available but the beach towels provided worked.

What a view

Sugar Beach was just as I remembered from my childhood. We enjoyed the white sand beach, and pool area only steps from our lanai. The unit was well stocked for our cooking needs., and the bed was super comfy. The view from the lanai was amazing!
