I enjoyed sitting out in the morning and watching the sun rise. The condo was perfect for me and my husband. We were in town for our granddaughter’s cheer competition weekend.

Luis Landing does have “stunning beach views”, but the San Luis is an older property and either the owner or the management company needed to address some maintenance issues. The unit itself is well equipped and does look like the photos.

Amazing location and amenities

My husband, 12 year old son and I really enjoyed our stay. The San Luis property is fantastic - we loved the pool and gym and access to restaurants. We also really appreciated having a full kitchen and ample space for a comfortable stay. The unit is well furnished, including a bistro set for each balcony, which we loved. The only negatives would be that the condo side of San Luis is visibly more worn and not updated, and the fact that we were only given one key and key fob to get into the property.

Property furnishings beautiful although we had trouble with the shower head being loose. We couldnt turn on water for shower until plumber fixed it. Also towel rack in bathroom fell off. These are miner issues that should have been fixed before renting the unit. Housekeeper could have reported them.

We have visited The San Luis several times before. This was the 1st time via VRBO. We have our own VRBO so I'm critical about cleanliness. We had an amazing time! We are looking to book this exact property next month and after. Thank you Ryson Properties!!!

The condo itself is great for a couple & very clean. It's very secluded feeling & quiet, which is what we wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed the easy access to the San Luis. The a/c needs to be looked at, because you're either too humid or freezing. The shower controls also need to be looked at, because turning it on was extremely difficult.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our Spring Break, having the opportunity to use the San Luis Resort amenities is a plus. We only encountered and issue with the only light fixture in the kitchen/living area that took two days to be resolved. Overall it was ok.

Absolutely beautiful!

It was absolutely as amazing as the listing stated. The automatic window covering in front room wasn’t working. Beyond that, the view is spectacular and the property management is amazing. The resort itself is less helpful to people staying in the condos but that’s no fault of the property management. I will absolutely be returning!

We have always wanted to stay at the San Luis in years past and we finally pulled the trigger this year for a weekend getaway. Our main goal was to simply relax & chill and the resort did not disappoint. The pool area was fantastic with great views of the gulf. The bar & wait staff were very attentive and ensured a relaxing day! The condo itself was a real treat. Two balconies with great views. Nicely decorated with a well-stocked & modern looking kitchen. Love that you get a personal parking spot in a covered garage. The A/C worked beautifully on a hot July day. I will say the mattress was a little too firm for our liking, but not a deal-killer to stay here again.A couple of things I did mention to Ryson during checkout regarding this unit. 1) The shower is difficult to turn on as you have to push in the top knob very hard to get the water to start flowing. 2) The main door latch gets stuck sometimes when going in and out. Two easy fixes and hopefully they address those items soon. I would still highly recommend this unit and thank you for a great weekend!

Check in was rough

Property was lovely, good amenities, no complaints except the door uses a real key, and had difficulty with it locking and unlocking properly. Check in was slightly after hours, and they left good instructions for retrieving key. However, we were not given the fob to access the property and could not access parking either, which rendered a key useless. Called the management service which did deliver only one fob for two people, which was a huge inconvenience on this property, where you need fobs to enter every building and the pool area. We made it work and would still stay here again, because we love the property, and realize the fob system is new and that they are working out the kinks.

San Luis Condo

Pro….Condo was beautifully decorated, and we loved that it was connected to the San Luis hotel, and were able to use the amenities. Cons…, we were left one towel and after communicating needs, it took three days to get more. We had to re-dry the same towel and share The shower has mildew all over it an unfit to shower in! The master bedroom stays warm at night and difficult to sleep. We think only one vent is working. There needs to be better lighting in the condo at night, it’s very dim Difficult to see in the bedroom,!

Nice unit at San Luis - poor checkin process

The unit itself was wonderful nicely decorated just the right size for our family of four. Only complaint in the unit is the bathroom sink did not drain very well. The check-in process did not go well. Upon picking up our packet at the office, a few miles away, we got to the San Luis and realize there was no key fob. Had to wait for somebody to come bring us. The key fob to the key fob only works for the building and was not working for the garage.. I went to the condo office myself and got it reprogrammed. The property management company needs to verify it gives its customers all the right functioning Keys and fob to the building. Repeatedly they try to tell me I did not need a fob to get in the garage but the condo team on site confirmed I did. So that was frustrating us from delay getting into the property. I’ve stayed at other condos at San Luis and the check-in process was much smoother Ability to pick up and drop off on Site. I hope ryson improves their process and quality checks. And finds a way for renters to not have to go offsite to pick up and drop off keys. And updates their knowledge of the garage access.

Excellent location, and the view is worthy. Connection to the San Luis hotel is excellent, with full use of the pool and restaurants. Condo building is separate from hotel and is quite dated but still adequate. Check-in and check-out process was cumbersome, as it required key pickup and dropoff from a location 2 miles away.

Great condo!

The leasing office went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in/out process was explained to us prior to check in. Very seamless and easy process!

Great spot

Condo was great. Location, cleanliness and the furniture was very comfy. -maybe send a text the day of check-in to come to the office to pick up keys. it wasn't very clear. -stove light is out. -the shower knob is a bit difficult. it may need just a cleaning/build up removal. Otherwise, my mom and I had a great time for her B-day!
