A luxurious 3rd floor 2-suite condo at the fabulous Oceania Residences next to the famous soft white sands, crystal clear turquoise waters and the famous iridescent sunsets of Eagle Beach. Fully equipped, modern, air conditioned, 3 communal swimming pools, gated - perfect for an unforgettable Caribbean vacation. Perfect for Aruba's “One Happy Workation” - High-speed Wi-Fi everywhere and space to work! The condo’s spacious open-plan living space is modern and air-conditioned, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with large comfortable seating area and smart TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, wardrobe, safe, ensuite shower room, air conditioning and large smart TV. The second bedroom features 2 double beds and is similarly equipped and also has its own ensuite shower room. All of the beds are serviced with luxurious 100% cotton bedding, bath and beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, gas stove, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, microwave, and dishwasher.
Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

Please note the property is no-smoking and smoking indoors is not allowed and could result in the loss of your security deposit. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

Amazing LocationThis was our second time in Aruba and our second time staying at this property. It can’t be beat.Bocabay Property Management - super responsive and check in to make sure everything is to your liking. They even accepted a grocery delivery and put it away for us because we flew in on New Year’s Eve and the grocery store was closing early.Condo - loved the spaciousness of this condo. Each of the 2 bedrooms has its own en-suite plus there is a 3rd full bath in the hallway. Full size washer & dryer and fully equipped kitchen. This condo is close to the elevators so it’s very convenient when you’re coming and going and because of how the property is set up there’s no noise from the elevators.Pools - there are 4 and they are fabulous! We were there in peak season and had no issue getting chairs on the days we stayed at the pool.Beach - if you’ve never stayed at this property before, you are in for a treat. Eagle Beach is literally steps away. It’s a gated property and as soon as you step out of the gate you’re 30 seconds from a world famous beach.Getting Around - we rented a car (they drive on the right side of the road) and drove to the Palm Beach district most nights for dinner. It’s only 10 minutes away. Be sure to check out the luxury shopping area in Orangestad, too! If you don’t rent a car, you can ride the Arubus for 5 round trip. There’s a stop just outside the gate.Bottom line - there’s no other property we would rather stay at.

We will be back!!

We booked a week (Jan 5-11, 2024). We could not have been happier with the property itself in terms of location to the beach (directly across the street) and comfort for our family of 4. We had an amazing view of the pool and beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the gas grill on our deck several times. The property is located very conveniently to many restaurants and excursions.

Arubeautiful!!

From the moment a Bocobay employee greeted us, we felt as if we had stepped into paradise. The condo met our needs perfectly--and anything we lacked, was immediately furnished by Bocobay. The two bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms (plus a bonus bathroom with shower in the hall). We appreciated the laundry machine and dryer, so we could travel home with clean clothing (smoothing our reentry into reality). Two balconies provided excellent ocean and pool views. The kitchen suited us well--we prepared breakfasts and lunches (thanks to the excellent provisions at the nearby Super Food). And we enjoyed relaxing in the living room, after sun-drenched days. The facilities are exquisite--multiple pools, a two-minute walk to the beach. One tip is to get out very early to claim a sun shelter; but even if you miss the window, it's easy to set up under a pool umbrella and dart in and out of the sea (and sun) as one wishes. Our teenagers used the gym in the racquet club and said it was great, while we took early morning runs on the beachside path. When we rented a car (on day 2--recommend this for sightseeing, restaurants, etc), parking was a breeze, with a dedicated spot. If you're on the fence about making this trip, hop down and get yourself to Aruba! And, finally, two food recommendations--just a minute drive from Oceania: Senor Burrito and Perfetto.

Best place to stay in Aruba

Great (gated) access to the beach. It was clean and quiet but a close walk to "the party" if that's what you're wanting to do. I've been to Aruba several times and this is where I'll stay going forward.

We enjoyed our trip

The complex itself was wonderful. 3 pools that were never crowded, located across the street from amazing Eagle beach. A grocery store is a 5 minute drive, lots of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The unit was very clean, the furniture was very comfortable. There were beach chairs and beach towels for us to use. But there was a very strong mildew smell that lingered the whole time that we were there. I would recommend the Oceania complex, but I would not stay in this unit again because of the smell.
