This single-level 870 sq. ft. condo features 1 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 sleeper sofas, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

After checking in at the front desk, enter the condo into the inviting great room.

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick, easy walk to the slopes, which made getting out early and coming back for breaks super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and stress-free ski stay!

A September to Remember...but not so fondly!

The condo is quite lovely and appointed with everything to prepare meals at home - unfortunately our MAIN search criteria was to stay in a spot with access to a pool. Instead of being up front with the fact that the pool was not only closed but part of a HUGE very noisy renovation project, we got that unhappy surprise when we awoke way too early on Monday morning to the sound of jackhammers and obscenely loud drilling into metal. This went on every single morning of our 10 day vacation, except Sunday. We asked to be relocated to a property that had an open pool, but were told that wasn't an option and all bookings are non-refundable. If you are ever going to stay here during the summer/fall you also need to be aware that there is zero air conditioning in this building. I feel that MAJOR detail not being disclosed is completely inappropriate as a handful of the nights were absolutely sweltering and miserable. NO way to get outdoor air flow as their is just one small window and it is not near the bedroom. I'm sure it's an ideal spot during the winter with just a very short walk to the slopes, but do yourself a favor and don't book in September unless you can verify ahead of time that you will be able to enjoy what is described in the listing.

We have since updated our listing to ensure future guests are aware of any potential disruptions, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. It is understandable that the pool closure was very disappointing. We sincerely wish there was another pool we could have offered you access to, but unfortunately, seasonal closures are common in Park City during fall and winter. We did, however, offer an alternative spa at a nearby property for your convenience, but we understand that this may not have fully met your expectations. Your feedback concerning the A/C has been invaluable, and we are grateful for the opportunity to improve our services. In the future, we will ensure that our property descriptions include information about the absence of A/C, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our communication in this regard. We hope our teams’ efforts to assist you by coming to the property the same night of your call and by later providing fans to aid in cooling the property, showed our dedication to your comfort. It is also our hope that the refund we provided, and the lower-than-usual rates you were able to take advantage of in some small way helped to make up for some of the difficulties you experienced. Thank you once again for sharing your experience with us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an improved and seamless stay.
