Lovely ground level villa on golf course just steps from the Gulf

Hi! I am Sherrie! I have finally fulfilled my destiny in life and became a Florida resident. I moved here a few years ago from the gorgeous state of Kentucky. I own and personally manage several short term rentals on the beach. I love being personal with my guests and truly enjoy making their stay in my condo the very best experience possible. This condo is all about families. It sleeps 9 and avoids the crowds and noise of large high rises. Two bedrooms with personal baths for each, pullout sofa and futon. I fully stock the kitchen to accommodate those evenings when you want to whip up some home cooked food and hang out on the patio. We provide cruiser bikes for your enjoyment which is a personal favorite of ours. Baby friendly with pack n play, stroller, high chair and plates provided if you choose to leave all that packing behind! 11 pools on property, golf, basketball, pickle ball and tennis (very close to the unit), large lagoon pool on beachside (transportation provided) for your enjoyment or two quiet pools within feet of the patio. I also prove concierge services for an additional fee. Have your condo fully stocked when you arrive.

Baby items provided. Shoppes at Edgewater with all your entertainment need just across the street. No elevator wait. Park at your door. Beautiful pond with ducks and turtles just outside. So much more!!
