Great property! Great location just a mile yo London bridge! We stayed here with 2 other couples and it was perfect! Having king beds in all rooms was a major plus for us! Home is Dog friendly and we brought our little frenchie and Boston with us. Kitchen was very well equipped and so nice to have a grill for dinner! Host was very communicative! We loved that they offered early check in and late check out! We will stay here again!

Great Property!

We were a group of two couples and a child and this was the perfect house. Having two king suites and plenty of parking was exactly what we needed and the living/kitchen area provided ample space for our group. There were several nice touches throughout the home including the “I forgot box” which provided ear plugs, sunscreen, toothbrushes, etc. We enjoyed the outside fire pit, amazing lake view and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Balloon Fest trip

Six of us stayed at Jen's lovely home. We made good use of the spa on chilly mornings and evenings. Each couple having their own bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed the balloon fest even tho the high winds limited the air time. Shopped, ate, played games. GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY ALLther

Great location other than the noise

Great location except for the noise from the loud vechicles , motor cycles. And ATV ‘s.. Havasu doesn’t want light pollution, but they sure don’t do anything about the noise pollution.

Best spot we’ve stayed at so far!

We loved the open floor plan and spacious rooms, perfect for our family. This place allows dogs and you would never know dogs ever stayed there. No trace of dog hair or smell of dogs. I’m 7 months pregnant and very sensitive to smells and was very happily satisfied. Owners were very responsive and nice, house was clean and had extra amenities you don’t find at other VRBO or the other rental site homes. Beds were very comfortable as well and hot water in shower was nice and hot for everyone to shower. Very well kept home we will be back for sure!! Thank you Jen & Austin!

Great house!

We would like to say thanks, for a great experience renting this home for the holiday weekend! We had six adults and four children with us. We found a clean, open layout, home with lots of space for everyones stuff. We also found board games for kids witch was a pleasant change in there every day life if you know what I mean!! There was room to fit a 32' boat along the side of the house witch was nice for security reasons. We definitely reach out to Jen and Austin the next time we plan a trip Lake Havasu!! Thanks Ted Lundberg

Lake View

I just stayed at this beautiful home with my family (4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog) the past few nights. The house is very spacious and comfortable, clean and updated. The decor is modern with a relaxing lake vibe. Everything inside appeared to be brand new. What we really loved was how close it was located to the lake. The view from the living room is gorgeous. It was nice to watch the boats on the lake while drinking our morning coffee. There is also a grocery store a two minute drive from the home which was really convenient. And a short drive to the marina. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again :)
