The ground floor includes a bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, and garage conversion to a game room with foosball table. The middle level is open concept: the living room, kitchen, and dining room flow to both the front and back decks along with a bedroom and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are three sun-drenched bedrooms and a full bathroom. The striking architecture and pitched roof create dramatic angles in the upstairs bedrooms while the front bedrooms face panoramic vineyard views.

Maximum Occupancy and Quiet Hours: The maximum occupancy at Vinewood Lodge is 10 people. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.

Parking: There is parking for 3 cars off street and 1 to 2 on the opposite side of the street. RVs, trailers and campers are prohibited, per the Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance.

Bed Sizes: Downstairs bedroom: King, middle level bedroom: Queen, upstairs first bedroom: Queen, upstairs second bedroom: Queen, upstairs third bedroom: 2 twins.

Heat Source: Central heat plus built-in electric wall heaters.

Stairs: The main entrance is on the ground level and there are interior stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house. Outside, there are stairs from the parking area to the front porch and from the dining deck to the upper back deck with the hot tub and BBQ.

Fencing: The back yard of this property is fully fenced. The front porch is also gated.

Proximity to wineries: While there is a vineyard directly across the street, the closest tasting room is in downtown Guerneville approx. 2 miles.

Nearest River Beach: Drake’s Beach is less than 0.4 mi from the house and is a neighborhood beach without parking.

Nearest Ocean Beach: The beaches in Jenner are approx. 15 miles from the house.
