Pet Rules: 

Pets allowed with approval - 1 or 2 dogs under 25 lbs each.

Your dog(s) must be fully housetrained and current on vaccinations and Flea & Tick preventative; cannot be left loose or unattended at any time; must be crated if you leave them home alone, crate(s) not supplied; pets are not allowed on the furniture and you must clean up any hair in the home upon your departure; Please make sure to clean up the yard after your dogs; if there is a hot tub, dogs are not allowed in it. There is a non refundable and taxable pet fee per dog.

Late Check-out or Early Check-in at 1:00 PM:  Must be requested and approved 48 hours in advance. A taxable fee for approved Late Check-out and Early Check-in will be applied.

Interaction with Guests:

We will communicate via email or phone as needed. Guest will be given 24 hour emergency number to use during their stay in case of an after hours emergency. Please note that this is a small mountain community, so if something breaks that is not an emergency, same-day service may or may not be available, especially after hours and on weekends.
