Good location

Communication was always prompt and very considerate. Very convenient location. Decent neighborhood. Very easy check in and out process. Had most everything we needed and if not the hosts provided it for us. Very nice stay!!

Great location

House was great, there was an irrigation leak when we arrived by the entrance way, repaired next day. Location was great, everything in the home was great. One of my friends wanted to use the Hot-tub after golf to help is lower back, however, you need to call the property manager to turn on the hot-tub and after 1 hour the hot-tub never got hot enough to use. Overall everything was great and would rent this house again.

Great stay in the desert

Rented the property for six weeks during Feb and Mar 2023. House has a nice open floorplan with lots of room in the kitchen/living room area. Backyard pool area is great and south facing (so plenty of sun), lots of comfortable seating, gas firepit for cool evenings, a good BBQ, nice spa and pool with mood lighting. JL & Nicole were excellent in terms of responding to anything we needed and any concerns we had (we had some light bulbs that needed replacing and problems with the casita shower head both of which were dealt with very quickly). Kitchen table is a bit small if you have a large group but there is also an outside eating area if the weather is nice. Very nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to grocery store, coffee shop and a number of restaurants – a 20 minute walk. We had a great stay and will certainly consider staying again if we are back in the area.

Overall, a great stay

We were a group of five women visiting for the Indian Wells BNP tournament. Location to the tennis garden was great with lots of great restaurants and grocery store close by. Communication was a breeze with the hosts and they were always so quick to respond. They were very accommodating for an early and late checkout (no reservations before or after us so it worked out) and that is so appreciated! There was plenty of room for us all and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area. The room with the two twin beds was pretty loud so keep that in mind for whoever chooses to stay in that one. House was stocked with lots of towels (for baths and pool) and plenty of TP/paper towels were stocked for our 5 day stay. I WOULD say that the house could use some TLC. I can work with hosts on the specifics to help improve future stays. Overall, I'd be likely to stay again if some of the items needing attention were addressed. Thanks for the great stay!

WOW! A great home in nice neighborhood

My family and I had a lovely time at Jl's property. The home is charming and clean! The main room and kitchen have a nice open floor plan. The pool and spa were amazing! We had a wonderful time. JL was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. I highly recommend!
