Starter Sets: For your convenience starter sets of mini-toiletries, roll of paper towels, and toilet tissue will be provided. This is not restocked.
Towels & Linens: One bath towel and wash cloth per per person. Please utilize washer and dryer. Beach towels not provided. Do no take white towels to beach.

Security systems/cameras: For the security of our guests and condo, we have external security cameras.
ID and Selfie Required Upon booking, we will be requesting a copy of your driver's license and a selfie holding it. While tedious, this step critical to protect both us and you from fraud.

Overall, really enjoyed the condo. The master bedroom bed needs some attention and also the temperature control on the refrigerator Does not work. Would stay there again.

The place was in a good location. They could use a deep clean. Dust everywhere and mold in the shower. However I have stayed at worse.

Dirty Bed Sheets and No Wifi
The check in process and pool/beach access was breezy. The instructions were clear.
However, the bed sheets had large dried-up mucus from the previous guests. The sheets were not washed. I don’t think anything was cleaned because the rooms smelled bad and didn’t have that fresh cleaning supplies smell that most VRBO properties have.
The Vrbo page listed that Internet was provided but there was absolutely no Wi-Fi. We reached out to the property management but it was never fixed. The communication was just dropped. I brought my work laptop / and kids had their devices but we couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi.
It was only after the full payment was made and check In instructions mentioned that Wi-Fi was not a priority for them.
There was construction next to the west building and was loud banging and drilling 6am-8am in the morning. Just for those who want to sleep in.

Overall was a nice stay
Overall was a nice stay. Condo was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately our room was not ready at 4, leaving us with our children and suitcases waiting outside the door waiting for the cleaners to get done. Elevators were down our entire trip, we were on the 5th floor, so it was not a relaxing vacation by any means and lugging your stuff up from the beach with kids up 10 flights of stairs (2 flights per level) is not fun at all. Owners did contact via email but unfortunately said a part had to be ordered and it took the entire week. Even when we checked out we had to carry every thing down the stairs after 7 days of it not working. Wi-Fi does not work in this unit, does not even show up on the options to select. I had to use my personal hotspot for work. I feel like I’m 2023 and paying thousands of dollars for vacation wifi should’ve been working, there is no reason it shouldn’t have since the unit has Xfinity tv.
Room was clean. Once you get into the room, the rugs are very dirty, and the couch had sand all in it. The guest bathroom shower curtain just hangs down and is way too long for the shower and gets wet and dirty. Master bath shower is nice but there is mold growing on the tile that needs actual scrubbing. The door the the balcony is very hard to open, my 200 lb husband had trouble as well. They were doing work on the building every day and ended up getting the dust from sawing on my husbands truck instead of asking him to move. They ended up washing his truck for him

There was a strong fume smell and heavy haze in the condo our first day after returning from a grocery run -we had to open all doors to let it air out for hours which still had a fume smell the next morning The only action sandseekers did was send the fire dept and since they deemed it safe (but did not ever do anything to figure out what caused the fume and haze) sandseekers did nothing to compensate us for the horrible experience that situation caused and could not move us to another condo due to no availability. We did think we deserved some type of refund but was told no they would only refund if we left but we had no where else to go it was spring break so not many last minute options. We stayed but had to worry each day if the fume and haze would return and we still do not know what the cause was or what we were inhaling. Hopefully they will take a good look at that condo to find out what caused it before anyone else stays there.
