Niché au cœur de North Vancouver, près du centre-ville et des montagnes de la Côte-Nord. Idéalement située dans une impasse tranquille à proximité des principaux axes de transport en commun, avec un accès facile aux activités récréatives d'été et d'hiver, vous trouverez notre maison de style Cape Cod une base idéale pour explorer ou visiter les amis et la famille.

Notre maison offre une grande suite rénovée et entièrement meublée qui offre à nos clients un hébergement confortable et autonome. Les clients bénéficient d'une entrée privée accessible depuis l'arrière de la propriété par une cour arrière magnifiquement paysagée et entièrement clôturée orientée plein sud. Un parking est disponible devant la maison.

Cette suite «Whistler-esque» est finie selon des normes rigoureuses pour assurer un séjour confortable avec toutes les commodités. Ensoleillé et spacieux avec plus de 750 pieds carrés, d'un espace de vie décloisonné confortable, de planchers de bois franc et d'ardoise et d'un lit super confortable king-size que les clients remarquent. Il y a aussi un nouveau petit téléviseur HD dans la chambre.

La grande cuisine comprend des armoires personnalisées et de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle et un four micro-ondes, est très bien équipée et s'ouvre sur un grand espace repas qui se jette dans un grand salon spacieux avec un nouveau lecteur HDTV et DVD à écran plat.

L'accès à Internet haut débit via WIFI, de l'eau chaude sur demande et des commandes séparées à la base et au chauffage à air pulsé vous permettent de vous détendre et de profiter de votre maison loin de chez vous.

We try to have everything we would want as a short term renter in the suite, so we include basics like oil, vinegar and condiments to make your stay easier. The spacious living space is one thing we loved about the suite when we first saw it.

The property was everything we wanted for our visit. It has a fantastic location for exploring all parts of Vancouver. The unit is a perfect place to return to after spending the day out and about. There is a grocery store (and more) within 5 minutes for all food needs and the unit is well equipped to prepare meals. The unit is spacious and comfortable. The hosts were helpful and a wealth of information about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

North Vancouver stay

We chose this VRBO because it was close to Lonsdale Quay - only 7 minute drive. We were lucky to have a car although we did walk it one day. Only 15 minutes walk to a cute village called Edgemont where we when several times for lunch, coffee and groceries. Jeff and Sarah were wonderful hosts.

Sarra's place was wonderful! Such a great location and homey feel. Sarra went above and beyond making us feel at home and giving us ideas of things to do and answered all our questions about our trip. The house was stocked with anything you could need. Totally recommend!

Great home base

This was a great location for all sorts of adventures in Vancouver. We especially enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, near shopping center and bus lines close to the house. The lower level was well lit and we loved all the flowers in the windows.

We are a busy, working Family with a Labradoodle named Tigger. We purchased this lovely completely renovated home close to Edgemont Village in a very desirable neighborhood on a quiet leafy cul-de-sac. We are are close to downtown and central to the heart of the North Shore with easy access to Whistler.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are in the perfect location to visit friends and family or explore all the best that Vancouver has to offer including nearby golf courses as well as three local ski hills 10 - 20 minutes away. We are 10 minutes from Grouse Mountain one of Vancouver's premier attractions year round.

We are in the heart of the North Shore and a 15-20 minute walk from Edgemont Village with quaint boutique shops and coffee shops. Park Royal is a 10 minute drive and Lonsdale Quay, Lynn Valley, Capilano Suspension Bridge are all within 15 minutes.

There is a brand new recreation centre 2 minute car ride away.

Recreational activities of every kind are available nearby including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking in Deep Cove and boating in Howe Sound as well as skiing and snow shoeing in the winter months on the nearby mountains.

Ample street parking is available in front of the property.

A Level 2 EV charger is available for longer stays.

This beautiful 750 sqft suite is a 15 -20 minute walk to Edgemont Village and 2 minutes from a major transit route. It is close to recreation centres, various shopping and retail as well as medical and other professional services. It is the perfect location to explore Vancouver and the North Shore. The suite is fully renovated with a brand new bathroom, sunny, spacious and clean with every amenity and a private entrance, separate from the Owners entrance. It has a very comfortable king sized bed, well equipped kitchen with a stock of basic staples and quiet fenced and landscaped backyard.
