Gorgeous renovated townhome. Easy beach access - linens & beach gear included

Completely updated end unit townhome with vaulted ceilings provides a light and airy space for your vacation. Community has easy beach access along community walkways without crossing roads. Located in Surf City within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the pier.
There are 4 bedrooms with beds to sleep 9 as well as a queen sleeper sofa to sleep an additional 2 people.
The first floor has a king master suite with a private bathroom (shower) and access to the private deck. On this floor are 2 additional bedrooms - 1 queen bedroom and bunkroom with a Twin over full bunk. There is also a shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo) on this floor as well as a laundry closet with full size washer/dryer.
The second floor has another queen bedroom and full bathroom (tub/shower combo) as well as the large great room.
The great room has a fully stocked full size kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench as well as seating four barstools at the counter. The living area has plenty of seating, games, and books for our guests to enjoy. The large deck is just off of the living area and has additional seating.
All bedrooms and the living area have smart TVs with cable.
Under the townhome is a carport for parking 2 vehicles (with space for an addition car behind), an outdoor hot/cold shower and a storage area for bikes and beach gear.

Provided at no additional charge:
Linens (kitchen, bath and bedroom)
Some paper products -starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags
Basic soaps - dishwasher detergent, dish soap, liquid hand soap, bar soap and laundry detergent

The townhouse has a coded lock on the front door, so you can go directly to the unit and check yourself in using the provided code.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, reservations are Saturday-Saturday. The remainder of the year, there is a 3-night minimum stay with check in and check out allowed on any day.

Great stay in Surf City

This home was perfect for our stay with family (kids ages 5-10, adults, 2 dogs). From the door of the home it was an easy quick walk down a planked pathway to the beach. The home was spotless and communication with the owners was great! We would definitely stay here again in a second!

Absolutely perfect rental. Location could not be beat, proximity to the beach was perfect and the unit was impeccably maintained. The owners were very responsive to questions and so nice!! We met new friends nearby and enjoyed socializing with them all week. We will absolutely be back.

Relocation Vacation

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. The home was very clean and well furnished . The walk to the beach was short and so easy. We loved staying here . The hosts were so friendly and easy to work with. The local restaurants and shopping were great. Beautiful relaxing area.

Ocean a short walk away

Had a lovely trip! Personally I was concerned about being an adult staying with my parents but the townhouse layout had a nice closeness to the beach, ability to hang out with out us all on top of each other. We had one issue while at the property and it was promptly corrected.

Nice beach community house

The add was very accurate. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and the house accommodated us all very nicely. We never felt too close. The host was very responsive to the couple times we contacted them even though there really wasnt much of a need. I would stay again at this location

This was our second time vacationing at this location—it's in a great spot, very close to the beach. However, we had to give a lower rating this year because the refrigerator stopped working, and we ended up buying a lot of ice. The owner made an effort to fix it, but unfortunately couldn't get a replacement in time.

Month Stay

My husband and I stayed for a month while visiting family in the area. The condo is very nice and exactly what we expected from the listing. The main area has lots of room to gather around the TV at night, play a game at the table, or sit outside on the deck. It's an easy and quick walk to the beautiful beach. It's also far enough from town to be away from the action but close enough to enjoy a short walk for dinner. To top it off Tami was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We will definitely keep this condo in mind when returning to Surf City.

Granddaughter Celebrates 14th Birthday

From initial contact to check out Jim and Tami were available to answer any questions. Their lovely home is spacious with room to play games, and was perfect for my granddaughter, Kennedy’s 14th birthday with her friends. We had everything we needed at our disposal ie toiletries, paper towels, linens etc. We will definitely plan to come back for a week long family vacation next summer. M Shepard

Excellent in every way!

This was our most relaxing and easiest family vacation in many many years from the booking through to the checking out. (we were sad to leave) The home is delightful with all that we needed and some of what we didn't even know we needed. The hosts thought of everything to make our stay stress free and communication was superb! The short stroll to access the beach was easy and we could come and go throughout the day. The location was close to shops and restaurants, and many were walkable from the home. Our family enjoyed all aspects of the home and having the time together to spend together. Look forward to returning .

Wonderful Stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf's Up! The house has been newly renovated, was clean, and included basic amenities - dishwasher/laundry/bathroom/kitchen soaps, paper towels, linens (already on the beds!), beach towels, some kitchen spices, etc. Jim and Tami were so helpful and quickly responded to our questions. Even my son commented what a nice house it was! We would definitely return to this house for another stay! Thank you!

Great place for our group

Great place for our two families to hang out and visit. The unit is close to the beach and a quick ride to restaurants, shops, etc. Our party really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Surf City Property we stayed at was awesome!!!

The property was very clean, very organized with labeled cupboards to help keep things organized, they supplied all towels, linens, start up paper and cleaning products which was great. Short walk to beach. Owners made it known they were easily available if we needed anything. Property is beautiful and made our family vacation even better than I could have imagined. There were 9 of us staying in the condo and we never felt crowded.

We are originally from Pennsylvania but now live full time on Topsail Island. We would love the opportunity to share our slice of paradise with our guests. Our home is only minutes from the Surf's Up townhome and we are available to help our guests and answer any questions.

We have completely updated the townhome and decorated with coastal theme. We love that it it an end unit so there is more privacy and only one shared wall. The home is flooded with natural light through the many windows and the cathedral ceilings help give the townhome a roomy feel. It is a space that can help you completely relax.

This property is within a mile to the Surf City pier and town center. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Herrings sports is a short walk to rent paddle boards, kayaks or bikes, although we do provide 2 cruiser bikes for your enjoyment. All linens are provided at no charge and we also include beach items such as a wagon, chairs, toys and towels.
