Only minutes away from Cardinals Stadium, Camelback Spring Training Baseball Facility, Westgate Entertainment District, Desert Diamond Casino, Top Golf and Tanger Outlet Shopping. Goodyear, Surprise and Peoria Baseball Parks all a short drive away.

Fully stocked Kitchen to cook meals if you feel like dining in, with all your basic supplies and equipment needed.

The fully furnished three bedroom, two bedroom condo, accommodates sleeping arrangement for up to eight people, King Size bed in master bedroom, Queen size bed in second bedroom and third bedroom as a full on full size bunk bed.

Living area has a cozy sectional couch and smart TV along with board games to entertain.
Washer and dryer included for your convenience with a small supply of laundry essentials. Iron and ironing board also available.

Outdoor patio area available with table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful weather.

The community us gated, well maintained, has beautiful grassy areas with BBQ grills to use at your convenience.

Free wifi available while enjoying your stay.

The condo is located on bottom floor and parking is available a few steps away from condo entry door.

Great location. They had absolutely everything that we needed. The only complaint that we had was the people above us were extremely noisy the last part of our stay.

The place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed in terms of equipment for cooking. Laundry room was fully stocked and we were able to do a quick load before heading home. Both bathrooms were utilized which made showering and getting ready a breeze for 2 of us.Johana, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The location was perfect in relation to where we needed to go while we were there, which was the Peoria Sports Complex. The pool was clean and quiet...I was the only one in it when I went. I would highly recommend this space to anyone going to Phoenix and would definitely stay there again should we find ourselves back there.

Condo was exactly what we were looking for on our first trip to Phoenix. Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, friendly people, great pool, and close to the American Family Field and Casino. Would love to come back again!

Nice condo on first level. Great location near 101. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. Pantry nicely stocked with staples such as salt, pepper, cinnamon, etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was relaxing.

Desert Breeze

Very nice unit, roomy, well stocked with necessities. The neighborhood was largely under construction with cones on a lot of the access roads. Restaurants not nearby but the nearby town of Glendale had lots of restaurants and retail stores. The pool was nice when we could use it. It was closed for a weekend for chemical problems but the pool deck was a nice place to sit and read if not swimming. We had two small problems that the host responded to. Overall a nice community inside the gates

Glendale winter stay

The property is well situated, very safe and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area and the workout rooms the most. We would have enjoyed the property more if there had been a coffee table in the living area and dressers in the rooms. The rooms are very bare of any furniture as was noted in the photos, but made the stay less enjoyable.

Great property

Our family had a great vacation at this property. It was centrally located to everything we did including the Grand Canyon and a Diamondbacks game. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and fitness center was also very nice. Thanks for the great week.

Regarding our stay:

Everything was very good but if you are staying a month or two there were a few things that need to be addressed. Shower doors need repair, wash machine does not fill enough to cover clothes, and the vents need vacuuming and dishwasher didn’t clean very good. We bought a few things needed for cooking. Otherwise we liked the place. Thank you!

Great place.

Nicely updated unit close to the 101 Loop which offers a wide variety of great restaurants and shopping. The heated pool is a bonus as is the workout room. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed the three bedroom two bath layout. All the comforts of home in a secure gated community. Beds were on the firm side which was an issue with my husband. Johana was a great communicator, always quick to reply to our questions. Would I stay again? Sure would.
