Welcome to our Blue Beach House! Look no further, you have found the ideal rental for relaxing in the Florida sun!
This private home is centrally located off the North bridge of Siesta Key with easy access to the beaches, Downtown, I75, restaurants, museum, Publix, Walmart. It sleeps up to 10 guests Max. This is the ideal home for family reunions that need space for vacation or remote work trip.
Comfortable living area with Smart TV and free Wi-Fi for your convenience.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your breakfast and meal.
Please, note that the fireplace is for decoration only.
Large dining room has access to screen-in lanai and pool, with spacious backyard to park your boat, RV.
Guest access
Parking: Driveway space for up to 5 vehicles (do not park on the street or inside the garage).

Note: This property has step-entry and 1 interior step to access portions of the home.
Video doorbell and exterior cameras are used for security.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Blue Beach House. It was centrally located where we could get to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Not too far from Venice and Nokomas Beaches. The pool at the house was great also.

Very clean and so much space! There were six of us and we all had our own bed and three bathrooms was perfect! Only a 12 minute ride to the beach. Very convenient.

Hidden Treasures

This lovely house is a hidden gem. It’s cozy and pretty, clean and lovely. The pool was is heated which allowed us to enjoy it the whole time. It is roomy and the owner spared no expense in providing the necessities for a comfortable stay. She too is very lovely. Highly recommend a stay in this wonderful home.

Everything that we needed was there- it was a home away from home experience. The beach wagon, chairs, etc was nice to have for our use when we needed them. Would highly recommend to anyone needed a larger home for multiple people.

Spacious, Clean, and Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Sarasota! It was clean, spacious, and perfect for accommodating our entire group comfortably. The home had everything we needed and made for a relaxing getaway. While many places required a bit of a drive or a longer walk, it wasn’t a major issue for us since we enjoyed exploring the area. Overall, we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay in Sarasota. We’d definitely come back!

A Great House for Families

This was our first visit to Sarasota and we didn't know the area. This property was very well-located -- just a few miles from almost everything we did. The house itself is immaculate and provides all the amenities you might need for your stay. The layout works very well for families. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Our stay at the Family Getaway Siesta Beach Home with Heated Pool was truly fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient—less than a 10-minute drive to the beach. The house is warm, spacious, and perfect for large families. The dining area is especially impressive; if you have a big family and enjoy having meals together, this space is ideal. We were a family of nine, and we fit very comfortably.Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated how well-stocked the house was. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need—far more than what you would typically find at a hotel. We loved using the bikes, beach chairs, and the abundant towels for both the pool and the beach.Our host, Milaydis, was wonderful. She was super attentive, had great communication, and even allowed us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. When we requested to have the pool heater turned on, her team came right away.Overall, everything was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be staying again in the future.

We stay in a lot of rental houses due to working out of state in the winter and this one was probably my favorite. It was so clean and nice and new. Plus it had a bunch of amenities. This is how an experience should be.

Immaculately clean, great layout

The house was immaculate and well supplied. While at the house we spent most of our time out back around the pool. Our only suggestion would be more pool side seating. There were extra chairs in the garage, but they were in need of repair. Also, the hot tub listed was not actually a hot tub. It was a bathroom tub with jets. There is no outdoor hot tub.

Our humble home is 0.6 miles from Trader Joe's, Starbucks, 0.7 mi from Cine-bistro theater, and 2.1 miles from Phillipi Oyster Bar & Restaurant, Publix, and Walmart. The house is equipped with a trampoline for the kids, and a swimming pool, and a 10 seat dining table for family and friends, making it a great choice for vacation.
