Trish's Beach Retreat W/ Pool/Spa by Siesta Keys#2

We are very excited to announce our newly renovated private and unique beach style home. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, just a 7-10 minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Siesta Keys. Among the features are a new heated salt water pool & hot tub, Florida room, 55" smart TV, Rec room with ping pong , dart board & a TV, King beds in 3 rooms, queen bed in one and pull-out bed if needed, BBQ grill and beach accessories. As Airbnb Superhosts, we hope every guest has an incredible experience!

We will be available by phone or sometimes in person if any questions. We enjoy meeting people & hearing experiences and stories. We do respect your privacy however.

We are close to many restaurants and supermarkets including Detwilers Farm Market a local favorite. There are several beaches within a short distance besides Siesta Keys, there is Lido, Caspersen, Point of Rocks, North Jetty, Venice and Turtle Beach to name a few. End your day watching a beautiful sunset from one of beaches. There are also several MLB spring training sites within driving distance. Other attractions include Ringling Brothers and the Jungle Garden

This house has many exciting features. We have a new salt water pool and hot tub. The pool area will have plenty of seating with an 8' fence around it to give you complete privacy. Get that whole beach feeling with a back yard full of seashells and palm trees. At night enjoy the tranquility light show in the pool & spa. We also have an outside area for corn hole, etc. Inside we have super fast internet along with an area in our Florida room that will give you a space in case you need to work.

Getting to the Siesta Keys beach is just 7-10 minutes away. There is a free trolley shuttle that takes you along the Keys. Uber, Lyft, etc are your best bets if you need additional transportation.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The pool area was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire house was nicely decorated and exactly as pictured. The location was very convenient for everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, which made the stay even easier. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We had the BEST time! This house fit our crew of 11 perfectly—comfy beds, tons of space, and endless fun for the kids in the pool and game room. They never once complained about being bored during our 5-day stay! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (minus the food), and they provided all the gear for perfect beach days. The location couldn’t be better—close to the best beaches and attractions. Check-in was a breeze, communication was excellent, and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

A home away from home

Trish’s beach retreat is such a cute property! It was exactly what us ladies needed for our short “mental break” from some everyday and not so everyday stress. We had plenty of room to spread out (inside and outside), but also plenty of space for us to gather and catch up. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to everything we wanted to do!

Great location. Beautiful beaches nearby. Easy access to Siesta key. Wonderful restaurants with amazing seafood. Close by to everything you need! Property well maintained with great amenities at the house. Salt water pool/hot tub was the best! Rooms were all large! Quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was great. Fantastic House for a Family!

Our family of 6 stayed in this house and it fit us all very comfortably. It was indeed less than 10 minutes from Siesta Key beach. The kids loved the pool and the game room. The hosts were very responsive for any questions that we had. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out and we hope to be back next year!

Great getaway!

Our timeshares were unavailable due to hurricane damage so we decided to try something new. We came down with our daughters and their families, 10 of us all together. This place was perfect for our group! It was very functional with the 3 bedrooms and one bath at one end of the house and the other bedroom and bathroom at the other end of the house. The kids, ages 2, 3,5 & 5 LOVED the pool and spa and were in it every minute we were at the house. The outdoor space was great! It was very close to Siesta Key, where my mom was staying, so we went there multiple days. Trish was very responsive and gracious to let my parents and my son in laws grand parents stop by for the evening, which was great for us with the kids. There were coolers, sand toys, an umbrella, chairs etc. for our use. SO helpful since we flew and didn't have any of that. The house was very well equipped with beach towels, sunscreen, a blow dryer and lots of other odds and ends. Games, puzzles, coloring books and a chest full of dress up clothes. Our grand daughter wore a Cinderella dress almost every night! We also liked the fact that there was a bathtub for the kids. We'll definitely keep this property in mind for the future if we nee it! Thank you!

AMAZING

We booked this trip and a tropical storm ended up turning into a hurricane and we had to evacuate. The property was very well kept and had everything we could ever need to stay entertained. The owners were so sweet and responsive to us. We will definitely be booking again with them!

Exquisite

This property exceeds expectations! It’s even better than the pictures portray. This home is truly equipped with everything you would need. From the life jackets, puddle jumpers, pool toys, to beach chair, sand toys, coolers, water bottles, beach towels, bath towels. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toys and games for children, and SO MUCH MORE. Memories were made in this home that will last us a lifetime. After days spent on the beach we relaxed while our children played in the pool. After they went to bed we had some seriously competitive games of darts and ping pong! Next time we visit siesta key, we will again stay at Trish’s home! Sarasota paradise

We stayed for our honeymoon and had an absolute blast. The home is perfect location and distance from the beaches, shopping and tons of places to eat. We loooved playing ping pong every night after taking a dip in the pool to cool off. It was a sweet escape. I’d definitely stay here again. The neighbors were friendly and the host responded quickly if we had any questions. Love this home, you would too!

Home base for Family Wedding in Sarasota

We had a great time staying at Trish's, she was very helpful with questions I had before the trip. The home is well equipped for families, right down to the life jackets for the toddlers. The outdoor space is lovely! Very nice area to relax after a long day. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets high quality. Easy access to many attractions in Sarasota. Definitely recommend for a family stay!

Relaxing Getaway

The property was everything we needed and more. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for use. The highlight of the house was the outdoor space. We spent a majority of our time using the pool and spa. We enjoyed the backyard so much that we had a hard time leaving to explore the area. We would definitely return and highly encourage anyone to rent this house.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

There were 6 ladies in our group and this house and it’s location couldn’t have been more perfect! We absolutely loved the back yard and spent all of our time there if we weren’t on the go. Super comfortable beds and the house is supplied with everything you could think of! Perfect location for bars, restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to beautiful Siesta Key! We will be back :-)

All 5 of our kids played college or professional baseball/softball and our youngest just finished playing football & baseball in college. We enjoy meeting people sharing stories and life events but most of all we value our faith, family and our home.
