Cozy 1-Bedroom Suite with Full Kitchen in Downtown Lava Hot Springs

The Suites at Lava Hot Springs offer newly remodeled, apart-hotel accommodations in a charming historic building, perfectly located in the heart of downtown Lava Hot Springs. This spacious and updated one-bedroom suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a relaxing getaway. It has a door that optionally connects it to Suite 4 as well if you want to sleep 2 more people.

Living room with a queen-size pullout sofa sleeper and cable TV
A full-size kitchen and refrigerator—a guest favorite!
Private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo and hairdryer
Located just steps from Lava’s World-Famous Hot Pools, the Portneuf River, and the Olympic Pool & Water Park, this suite puts you in the center of all the action. Plus, with restaurants, shops, and bars within a 5-minute walk, you’ll have everything you need for a memorable stay.

Important Booking Information
After reserving your suite, you will receive an additional email from our booking platform, OwnerRez, to complete your rental agreement and secure a $200 hold for incidentals. This hold is released after 7 days, provided there are no issues.

Our stay was lovely! We will be back. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and communication with the staff was quick and professional when there was an issue with the coffee maker.

We loved our stay here! Very clean and updated. Kitchen had everything we needed for a nice cozy weekend in! Loved being able to walk to the hot springs. Parking is a little limited, but plenty of street parking out front!

We had noisy neighbors both above and to the side of us. Although you cannot control that situation it is discouraging that the insulation between apartments seems to be lacking in that we could hear the upstairs patrons running across the floor until 10:00. This was likely a toddler. Once they settled down the neighbors in the adjoining apartment arrived and we could hear word for word their conversation. Unfortune really as the apartments are modern and clean. Parking isn't great either, but I understand that there isn't much that can be done about that either. Just not a great place for peace and quiet.

We invested heavily in sound insulation during our remodel, but as this is a boutique property in a historic 100-year-old building, some sound transfer can still occur. Your comments have helped us identify an area between suites that we are continuing to improve. We also appreciate your understanding regarding parking limitations, which can be a challenge with historic downtown properties. We are a young family of 6. Our family has always enjoyed going on outdoor adventures. For the past few years we have explored various National Parks. Lava Hot Springs is one of the Hidden Gems that we fell in love with along the way.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Although being natives to southeast Idaho we didn't become enamored with Lava Hot Springs until searching for a family cabin. We happened to come across this building and thought it wasn't quite a cabin but we could see making and sharing many memories with our family and friends here.

Everything is walkable from here. Multiple restaurants are within a block of this property.
