Welcome to the Pickleball House - your Bear Lake getaway! This spacious hillside home sleeps up to 22 guests and features a private pickleball & basketball court, a relaxing hot tub, arcade games, and Xbox. Enjoy Ideal Beach Resort access with pools, hot tubs, and a private beach—just minutes away. Whether you’re gathering on the covered deck, cozying up by the fireplace, or exploring Garden City, this home has everything for a memorable group stay.

This spacious 5-bedroom home is designed for large families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 22 guests. With a private sports court, hot tub, and access to Ideal Beach Resort, it’s a perfect mix of comfort and fun.

After a day on the lake or slopes, unwind in one of two cozy living rooms with large Smart TVs, arcade games, and Xbox. The open kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, a crockpot, and a BBQ grill, making group meals easy. Step outside to the covered deck, relax in the private hot tub, or challenge friends on your very own custom pickleball & basketball court.

Guests will have access to the entire property, although you might end up sharing the property with local deer, moose, and turkeys!

Parking: This home has room for 5-7 Vehicles during the summer months. Parking can vary during winter and spring months depending on the snow.

Located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community. Rural vibes, some of the best views of the lake, and 8-10 minutes to Garden City shopping. This home is 5 minutes from Pickleville playhouse and a short 10 minutes to all Garden city has to offer!

This home includes Ideal Beach Resort access: private beach, pools, hot tubs, playgrounds & more (5 min drive).

Roads are maintained year-round, but 4x4/AWD is strongly recommended during winter months.

The property is hillside, so expect some wildlife visitors such as deer, moose, and turkeys.

The house and property were great! Stocked with everything we needed, and the pickleball court kept kids happy for hours.The only snag was the freezer not working during our stay.

Booking was quick and easy! The text line was quick in response, super knowledgeable and polite. They were able to answer every question asked in a very reasonable time. We did book early check in and again everything was smooth! The house was pretty with plenty of room for the whole family. Now this kitchen was a dream! For a rental, it had EVERYTHING I needed to cook a full thanksgiving meal! I left the kitchen I packed
 in my car! Beds are soft, blankets warm, plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the gorgeous views! Would love to come back again next year!

Beautiful house, accommodating host

We loved our stay. Very clean, nice amenities, and great location. We used ideal beach access and loved the beach, pool, park, and mini golf. Our host communicated quickly and was very accommodating for our needs. Would stay again!

Perfect location, amazing view!

We had a great time with extended family at this home. The hot tub was perfect in the cold weather. The town is almost completely vacated this time of year but we were able to catch a show at the pickleville playhouse and it was awesome!

Lake/beach family trip

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the view of Bear Lake! The access to Ideal Beach Resort is a real perk and definitely a selling point! The house itself was well organized and was clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pickleball court and sitting on the deck enjoying the view!!

Great for all ages

The cabin was awesome! We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The host quickly responded to any questions we had. The kids loved sleeping in the loft and the adults loved the lighted pickle ball court so we could continue to play after the kids were asleep.

Family Reunion

Every summer we have a family reunion at Bear Lake and this was one of the best thanks to our great accommodations!! Clean house with lots of gathering spots! Pickleball court! Loft for the kids! It was especially nice to have access to Ideal Beach! We will definitely return to this house again in the future!

House is nice, but had a few issues. Fridge wasn’t cooling down properly, hot tub was really dirty and had to be drained and refilled and never heated back up in time for us to use it & the oven filled the house with the smell of gas when we turned it on the first time and we didn’t dare use it the entire trip. Hosts were very responsive and did their best to resolve all issues.

Great house. The kids loved the pickleball court. We had this house and another one rented with the same manager. We had a very difficult time getting needed info which was frustrating at times. The guidebook that he said he sent didn't work and so we didn't have that info. We also had another house rented with a different manager. He was by far easier to work with.

Fantastic Family Reunion location

Our stay was wonderful and the owner was great to work with. Our beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. This might be helpful for planning with multiple families. On the main level the master has its own bathroom the other room on the main level has a bunkbed and there is a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each and a room with a King and a twin, they all share a full bathroom. The pickle ball court was awesome to have at the house. The arcade games were a huge hit with the kids. Having the ideal beach pass was great the only thing to note is that there is a fee to play miniature golf. We would definitely stay here again.
