Community Amenities:

Seasonally Heated Community Pool overlooking the lake (Heated: Thanksgiving–Christmas & March 15–April 15).

Beach Access:

Walton Dunes Regional Access – Approximately a 5-minute walk from the home.



Guest Access:

Guests are given a unique door code for their stay.

Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Parking: 2 Vehicles. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls.

Guest does not have access to the garage.



Other Things to Note House Rules:

Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary guest must stay at the property.

No smoking. No parties or events.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement and upload a photo ID.



GOLF CART (March-October ONLY):

This property has a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.

Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



What We Provide:

Initial starter supply of paper products, soap, and basic kitchen essentials.

All bedding linens and bath towels (please bring your own beach towels).

Known for its exquisite architecture and lush coastal landscape, the neighborhood provides a peaceful retreat while remaining centrally located in Seagrove Beach. Enjoy scenic walks along the brick-paved streets or spend the afternoon at the community pool overlooking the tranquil waters of Tresca Lake.
