We enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect! Close to the Kennedy Space Center, the beach and other activities. We watched a launch from the 3rd floor deck! Our host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

KSC Visit and Launch

We had a great time staying at this Vrbo. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was very central to several great places in the Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area. We only had to walkd two minutes to see the Falcon 9 launch into space with a crew.

Family Vacation 2025

Amanda was great to interact with; the property was a wonderful short walk to the beach with our own access point! The beach wagon was missing from the home, but we had enough people that we were able to get it all with no issues! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Family Beach Vacation

Location was perfect. Outdoor patio area was charming! Three story floor plan was very fun and functional for the kids. Everyone had their own space, but we could always communicate! Relaxing decor. Huge win!!

Relaxing vacation by the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as promised and there was plenty of room for all. We walked to the beach every day and even got to watch a satellite launch while there from the 3rd floor balcony. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. There were beach chairs and umbrellas which were very useful. There are plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlors, and of course surf shops, a short drive away. Highly recommend staying there.

Comfortable

The house was as described in the ad. It was a very comfortable and homey place to stay for a few days. It's location and area worked out well for our purpose. A quick walk to the beach and a short drive to Port Canaveral. We were very fortunate to see a couple of rocket launches while there. Amanda was very accommodating when we had issues with the coffee maker. She was quick to respond to questions we had prior to booking. We would stay here again.

Beach House

This beach house was perfect for our group. We had 3 adults and a 4 year old. The house is beautiful and put together very well. There are also tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a wagon to carry it all to the beach included which was great. The beach outside of the house is beautiful and quiet, we loved our stay here and highly recommend it!

Girlfriend Reunion

This property was perfect for myself and four girlfriends. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Being able to take a short walk to the beach was a highlight to the girls that came from a cold climate! We even got to watch a shuttle launch from the rooftop deck.

March Break Getaway

The house was great and you can't beat the location! The beds were comfortable (we didn't try the pull out couch), the decor is very tasteful, and it was great having so many bathrooms and a washer and dryer. When we noticed a few small maintenance issues the property manager responded quickly. We would love to stay again!

Very quiet and safe location, only a short distance from the beach. You cannot, however, see the beach. The 3rd floor was not needed for us.

Family Wedding

This property was a great home away from home. We are a military family with adult children that were in town for a wedding. This place was perfect and had plenty of room for our family. We drove in from different states and had plenty of parking between the driveway and the street parking by the beach. The owner was very friendly and promptly answered all questions we had. Beach and space fun!

This property was exactly as listed. The host was very friendly and prompt with responses to our questions. It is a fantastic location with quick access to the beach w/ toys and chairs at the house. We were fortunate enough to be there during a rocket launch. The neighbors told us the direction to watch and we were able to see it from the driveway! Very clean and well maintained property.

Highly recommend for a great beach spot!

This house was perfect for the 5 of us (kids aged 17, 14, 9). Our oldest loved having the top floor and her own bathroom! The first floor layout is perfect for cooking, playing games or eating at the big kitchen table and chilling by the tv. Best of all is the location though. It’s such an easy walk to the beach (the beach wagon provided is fantastic for hauling gear!) and the beach was clean and uncrowded. The owner was super responsive too. We recommend this place for any family looking for a beach getaway!

Perfect Oasis in Cape Canaveral

Our month-long stay in Cape Canaveral was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I, along with two other adults and three children who joined us for a week, couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the beautiful beach where we had the incredible opportunity to watch several rocket launches.Communication with Amanda, the owner, was excellent throughout our stay. The neighbors were incredibly friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The home itself was lovely, with exceptionally comfortable beds and furniture that made us feel right at home.However, the highlight for us was undoubtedly the outdoor space. The hot tub, gas grill and gas fire pit were perfect for relaxing evenings, and the privacy of the backyard made it feel like our own little oasis.Overall, our time in Cape Canaveral exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in this beautiful area.
