Cette belle maison de vacances récemment rénovée est à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Cocoa Beach! Magnifiques à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, les meubles et les lits sont de haute qualité avec des téléviseurs intelligents dans chaque chambre. Canapé-lit pour 2 personnes, lit pliant supplémentaire pour espace commun. Grande cuisine / salon pour profiter. Cuisine spacieuse et complÚte et barbecue. Cette maison est située sur un grand terrain de 10 000 pieds carrés. Notre maison a une cour privée clÎturée, une clÎture de sécurité amovible, une piscine d'eau salée chauffée, un Tiki Hut & Bar pour ajouter à votre journée tropicale! Nous avons 5 vélos cruiser, 2 scooters avec casques et la piste cyclable à vélo jusqu'à la plage en face! La maison est située à 1,6 km de Port Canaveral, à 3,2 km de la jetée de Cocoa Beach, de Ron Jon's et l'emplacement rend les excursions d'une journée aux attractions d'Orlando telles que Disney World, Universal Studios ou Kennedy Space Center rapides et faciles. Bons magasins, bars et restaurants sont également à proximité. Les attractions locales incluent le golf miniature, la bonne nourriture et la musique. Animaux acceptés.

We enjoyed our stay at the yellow beach house! Location was perfect, the rooms were lovely, and the pool was amazing. Excellent communication with Sondra ahead of time and during our visit! I have already recommended the property to coworkers that may visit the area in the future.

Perfect Cape Canaveral Property

The house is beautiful, clean, and has practically everything you could need for a family vacation in the area. The pool and backyard areas are GORGEOUS! The owner was easy to communicate with and we were able to easily find all the information we need.

Great family getaway!!

We had our family (2 adults and 4 kids) stay a few days and it was wonderful! The kids had a blast and were never bored. There is also tons nearby to do if you want to explore. Great place that we will definitely try to stay at again!

Cocoa Beach Family Reunion

We came down for a family reunion, but also had a great vacation at this beautiful home. The pool and outdoor area were amazing. The house layout was perfect. It was clean and had everything that we needed. What a wonderful memory for our family.

Clean, comfortable home

We enjoyed this house for one week pre-cruise. The house is clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The pool area is fabulous, we spent a lot of time floating and relaxing!

Great location, didn’t have to go far for anything we wanted or needed, even our day trip to Orlando! Plenty of space for the six of us! Beds large enough for teenage siblings to share! Had a fun family game night with games provided by host. We truly felt at home during our stay. Host is great, responds quickly to any questions.

Hidden gem Beautifully landscaped with Awesome Private pool area

Centrally located easy bike ride to Port Canaveral, Manatee park, Jetty Park and the Cocoa beach pier. Private backyard area with fantastic heated pool. 3 king beds and open kitchen floor plan. Owner very attentive. Looking forward to next stay.

The Yellow Beach House was awesome!

It was like having your own oasis in the yard. Private location, walking distance to the beach. Fully stocked. The owner was super nice and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We would definitely book here again!

Perfect for our family of seven!

We fell in love with the Yellow Beach House. It’s beautifully decorated and had so many fun amenities, from the pool to beach toys to bicycles to the tiki bar. And it was stocked with everything we needed for a fun family vacation. The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions both before and during our stay. We had a great time and hope to be back someday!

Absolutely wonderful home!

This home is like having your very own private resort! Comfortable beds and furniture, great fence for complete privacy, pool area is so inviting with countless options for seating and the pool is just wonderful! We used the bikes a lot and even walked to the beach almost daily. We felt very safe in this town. The wild peacocks and all the rocket launches were a bonus! Great restaurants nearby! We will definitely stay at this home again!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the little yellow beach house. It was such a beautiful and comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing and we had such a wonderful time just being at the house, that we didn't feel the need to leave very often. We were even able to see two launches right from the backyard! Sondra was so kind. I would highly recommend staying here and hope we can come back again.

A Piece of Paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Beach House. The house was exactly as described and more. The back yard was heaven on earth and it was easy to relax. My 16 year old daughter enjoyed being able to tan. The property was close enough to nightlife but far enough away to be peaceful. It is in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Great Pool

This was our eighth visit to Cocoa Beach and this was the best pool we have had so far. The pool was very warm and had several layers of steps for smaller kids to use. The yard was big and nicely landscaped, particularly around the pool. The house had three big beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Owner provided useful information to using the property prior to our arrival.
