Beautifully Updated Condo Rehoboth Beach

Completely renovated! This unit has been renovated from top to bottom! Unit is located on the 7th floor direct ocean front. Unit offers a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. There is also a regular coffee maker. Unit does not have cable. Streaming tv only!

This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens towels can be purchased at an additional cost. Linen package includes sheets, bath towels & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.

Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.

Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.

Incredible Unit!!!

We have stayed in this building before and this is by far our favorite unit! It was well kept, clean and worked well for our small family. The views were incredible! We will be back!

Perfect Place

The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable and well-equipped... with spectacular 7th floor views of the ocean, beach and boardwalk from large windows and a balcony. Most of the best of Rehoboth is within easy walking range, and we had good support from the rental agent and building management. We plan to return next season.

Heater didn't work. Sounded like a bird might be caught in the ductwork. It's to expensive for me, if it would cost the same as 704 I would take it again; however, I would rather go back to 704.

We enjoyed our second week at this condo. Beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed. We stayed there two years ago and were glad we chose it as our main summer vacation venue this year. Management seems improved this year as opposed to our stay two years ago.

Luxury on the Oceanfront!

The owner has thought of everything to maximize a perfect stay and create a nautical environment that carries across the sand from the oceanfront!! Appointed decor looks professionally designed to utilize space in a studio unit, while achieving visual balance and calm. "Comfort" describes the queen bed, offering a wonderful night's sleep so you are ready for the beach, shopping, dining, and vacationing.

Beautifully decorated unit with spectacular views. Unit is equipped with basics that you'll need if you choose to cook meals. My one criticism, and this is not unique to just this unit but otger units as well, there are never any spices not even black and pepper.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Week

Probably professionally decorated with high-end finishes, this unit was comfortable and very well equipped. We hedged our bets when booking, expecting beach replenishment to have been completed close to schedule, but lost. It was, however, not nearly as noisy as it could have been due to the almost-new hurricane-resistant windows and balcony door. Excellent service from Brittany in accommodating our late arrival! Overall, a great experience.

Our room was great and the staff as always was excellent. We had a small leak in the kitchen from the room above but this was addressed immediately. Dana and her staff are top notch and one of the reasons we always look forward to staying at One Virginia.
