This beautiful condo was completely renovated in 2019.

The 1st floor includes gourmet kitchen with a suite of Wolfe Appliances and natural stone countertops. Everything you need to make a gourmet meal while enjoying and spectacular view of the Atlantic.

The condo features 2 oceanfront balconies overlooking the world famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

3 renovated bath are complete with custom tile, glass shower enclosures and Kohler Purist fixtures.

The place was amazing. Beautiful views. Furniture and beds were very comfortable! Very clean. Would stay there again. David made the process worry free. * I did not feel that the master bedroom got too hot as mentioned by other guests.

Wonderful vacation condo!

The condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location at the quieter side of the boardwalk provided good beach spots and quick walks to dining and entertainment. David was always available and responsive to any questions or concerns. Check-in and parking was super easy. Hope to stay here again soon!

Great location with amazing views

Lovely place. Property manager communicated well and was very responsive. Be aware that you need to bring your own sheets and towels. And a good pan if you are planning to cook. We traveled by plane so had to purchase sheets and towels.

Location and view are incredible

Great getaway for the holidays

This is our second year at this property. We love the ocean front location and the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. It’s a short walk to town and to many fine restaurants. Always enjoy it here. Thanks to David and his team for being gracious host.

This is a beautiful and spacious condo right on the boardwalk. Very close to everything on the beach with wonderful views. The property manager was very helpful and always available if we needed something.

Beautiful Place

This was place was in great shape and quite spacious. We have no complaints. Property manager was very responsive, the place is quite nice inside and the location is perfect. On the boardwalk but closer to the end so away from the crowds. Easy walk to town and enjoyed the lake nearby. Would definitely stay here again

An absolute stunner!

You can’t beat the location of this condo. Directly on the boardwalk and just steps away from the beach, it was perfect. The condo itself was spotless and beautiful. The balconies overlooked the ocean - the perfect place for coffee in the morning! This place was absolutely perfect. We didn’t want to leave! We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful oceanfront condo, close to everything

Our family of four spent a wonderful weekend enjoying the ocean views from both balconies, walking on the beach, and walking downtown to visit restaurants and shops. The apartment is beautifully renovated and furnished and just minutes from Rehoboth Ave. Communication and check-in were clear, efficient, and gracious. We hope to come back!

Ocean View supreme

The two balconies looking over the beach are relaxing, comfortable and perfectly located. The beach is out the door and across the boardwalk. Very convenient . Condo had plenty of space for five adults and a toddler.

A beautiful apartment with an amazing location and view of the beach! There were a few things that weren't working/broken in the apartment that we were disappointed about after paying such a premium (divider, towel rack, etc.) but nothing that ultimately affected our stay!

Great New Year

Excellent location and condo, communication with owner was awesome. I recommend that you make it more clear in on-line listing that linens, towels are not included and explicitly make it clear that guests need to bring everything, as there is nothing to get you “started” (e.g. paper towel, TP, dish soap, etc) as you walk in the door. Other than that, it is just a beautiful place that I would rent again.

Perfect Views and Location

A beautiful property in the ideal location. Property manager is outstanding and extremely helpful. We struggled some getting tv apps to work and he was able to figure out a quick, temporary solution. Make sure you bring all necessary paper products and that if you need anything specific in the kitchen beyond the basics you bring it with you. We’ve returned multiple times and love the comfort, views, and location.
