Well, I have had the opportunity to stay in various VRBO Properties in the USA. I can say this was not the worst but I have had much better. Michael finally responded after I communicated the VRBO Customer Service. With much conversation(hours), he finally agreed to honor our reservations which I booked nearly 9 months prior to my actual arrival date.
My family was traveling to attend a Yale graduation. We were not able to do an early check-in due to the necessary preparation to prep the house for our stay. Appropriate number of bath linen was not provided. The house is only two bedroom and 1.5 bath.
The TV had to be replaced because it was broke. Michael did replace it the night of our arrival. There are no TV in the individual bedrooms.
There are not any furniture(Clothing chesses or dressers) to place your clothes in.
Coffee was provide but no filters or creamer.
The house needs a deep cleaning. Too much dust.
Top Lock on the front door would not secure it full lock mode.
The Queen Delight Cafe has a great breakfast. My family was very impressed with it presentation and taste.
I appreciate Michael quick response once we arrived. However, I don't feel I will be staying there again.
