Beautiful private home with all the amenities to create a great vacation: Outdoor screened deck with fireplace, hot tub, large great room with fireplace and gaming table, high end kitchen with Viking SS appliances, play room with pool table and 55” TV with Netflix and more, 2 master bedroom suites, large bunk room for kids. Adirondack furniture and trims throughout. Wifi, Sonos, laundry, 2 car garage, and more. All located in the exclusive Fawn Ridge area of Lake Placid, lot’s of privacy yet close to all the wonderful adventures that await you in Lake Placid, ADK, whiteface and beyond! PLEASE NOTE: Lake Placid has strict rules for short term renters. This includes a good neighbor policy that does not permit outdoor noise between the hours of 9 pm and 7 am. There can be no parties. This property is limited to a maximum of 14 guests and 6 cars in the driveway. Thank you in advance for your compliance on these matters. Permit#300026.

My family enjoyed our stay. The home and furniture are in great condition and exceeded our expectations. It was a great amount of space for our group with numerous living areas to spread out. It made for a very relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Beautiful home in a beautiful place

Mark was an incredible host, super accommodating and communicative while also giving us space to enjoy our stay. The house was immaculate with very comfortable mattresses, even in the bunk beds. The grand living room and various charming nooks and crannies of the house made for the perfect vacation space for a large group.

Family Vacation 2025

This magnificent home is our favorite of all of the homes we’ve ever vacationed in! Marc the homeowner went above and beyond to make sure our trip from start to finish was absolutely perfect! Mark gave several suggestions for activities to do in the area and checked in with me upon our arrival. The home is enormous but cozy and grand at the same time! Fully stocked and large enough for our family of 13! We can’t wait to return! Thank you for your hospitality Mark! I give you and your gorgeous home a 10!

Ironman Lake Placid 2022

Absolutely beautiful home in the ADK. Mark was easy to reach and quick to respond with all communications. Home was equipped and stocked with more than we expected. I would go by the house before hitting the grocery store. This was a perfect family vacation home. Kiddos (6 & 8) had plenty of entertainment without needing technology. Lots of games indoors and out for them. Perfect location. Hidden gem in the woods within distance to town for all racing needs. Was able to run from the house to Mirror Lake for a swim and run back. Perfect. All beds and furniture were in great condition and perfect for relaxing and napping. All appliances worked perfectly. Absolutely wonderful home. Thank you!

Growing up in NJ, I was fortunate to spend most of my summers in Lake Placid enjoying all it has to offer! Waterskiing, hiking, camping, fishing, swimming, and much much more. I became passionate about water and nature. In the winter, I learned to ski, snowmobile and was fortunate to experience the 1980 Winter Olympics including being in attendance at the US - Russia Hockey game. I love everything about this place! My wife and three children have likewise been lucky to have and continue to enjoy everything that Lake Placid has to offer.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Last year, we were in Lake Placid and we decided to go to an open house (for this house). We were instantly in love. The Adirondack details throughout the house from the furniture to the trim with birch bark triangle accents amazed. The grand fireplace in the great room and wonderful outdoor patio with fireplace were just awesome! We wanted to share our love for Lake Placid with our friends and did not have the space to do so. This house has lot's of room for family and friends. The location allows great access to town and all activities yet is situated in a tranquil private area with trees all around to feel connected with nature. We bought it!!
